Ive been going to Dr. Cav since I was l probably 6/7. This office used to be amazing and deserved beyond 5 stars. Now youll be early for your appointment and still be waiting over an hour after your appointment time just to be seen. Oh and the receptionist have very bad attitudes and do nothing to help you. They cant even manage to renew scripts or send your referrals for ultrasounds etc. This office is a complete mess. I had blood work done over a month ago and they lost it. Id highly suggest going anywhere else unless youre just going for the coolscultping. Which happens to be all they care about anymore. Theyre hardly a family practice at this point. The only good person there is the nurse practitioner Maria and she was only hired because the other nurse practitioner went on pregnancy leave. So she probably wont be there long. The disappointment I have in this office is unbelievable and after 12+ years of going here, Im having to look for a new doctor, one that actually cares more about being a family practice than about making the big bucks on coolsculpting.

Dr Cavallaro is amazing and has been our Dr. For probably 15 years and we were so happy when he started his own practice. We have now followed him to both of his private offices. Unfortunately in the last year things have really changed. His staff is not at all what it once was. I have called several times and my call has not been returned. I have been told by staff twice that my prescription had been called in only to arrive at the pharmacy and it had not. Even though I love Dr. Cav, our family is looking for another practice.

The staff is extremely inconsiderate. IF you are lucky to get your call answered and be able to actually make an appointment be prepared to either wait over an hour to be seen past your appointment time (while the staff chit chats with each other) or have your appointment canceled with no notification! WORST doctor experience ever!!! The ONLY reason I gave them One star is because otherwise I could not post!!

Ive been going to Dr. Cavallaro for about two years after being with my previous doctor( who left private practice) for over twenty years. Dr. Cavallaro had big shoes to fill and he has exceeded my expectations. His office staff I have found to be most friendly and helpful. I fully recommend Dr. Cavallaro to anyone who is looking for a new family doctor!

Love Dr Maria she takes very good care of me and listens.She makes me feel very comfortable.I love that office.Awesome staff.Just wish there was a way if any problems u can call the dr directly instead of a dr on call.but its okay I still love that office.
