The East Indian nurse( not being racist at all) I just dont remember her name is always disrespectful, ignorant, rude, obnoxious, loud when insulting patients. Theres always an argument between her and a patient. I go through it every time I come or call. Dr. Goyal himself is very unprofessional. He diagnoses patients before running test, prescribes things that have nothing to do with the reason for your visit, makes and receives personal phone calls while patients are in the room and much more. The Hispanic nurses are all sweet as can be. Dr. Maria Ramdial is the same way. Theyre happy to take your money but, they get aggravated when you ask why youre in the lobby for 3 hours and almost everyone who came in after you has been seen and went home. I can go on for days but, its not worth it Tomorrow will be my last appointment with them point blank period!!!!

I worked there for a bit and this place needs to be shut down or checked frequently, they do not clean the rooms at all whatsoever the doctors dont wash their hands in between patients and he doesnt even check them just gives them medication since most of them dont know English he takes advantage. Their staff excluding some dont even know how to do basic procedures and absolutely would never recommend anyone here ever.

They take way too long to help you, I am a patient person but even I was getting frustrated at how ridiculously long they took just to call my name. I went two times in the last week, hopefully it was just a bad week for them. I just do not understand why they make close appointment times if the doctor on duty cannot handle the abundance of people.

Kept calling to reschedule my appointment but they hardly pick up their phone even while they are open Dr ramdel is Very nice but theyre front deck workers are all very rude and just ignore you. they once cancelled my appointment with me right before the appointment because the doctor left since I was the last patient of the day....

The worst people eve! Every one is this place is so rude and nasty. They never never have time to help you it is like if they do not even want to be there. Do not recommed this people.
