THIS OFFICE IS FRAUDULENT as well as RUDE AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. On top of waiting AN HOUR THEN they decide to take insurance information and proceed to tell us we are NEW PATIENTS when we WERE NOT. Record keeping is unconscionable!! Then told us we had to pay $100 co-pay. We couldnt wait any longer because we had other appointments. Went back following week to be told we had a $70 co-pay!!! NOW THE AMOUNT CHANGES???? Dr. didnt wash his hands before or after examining which was DISGUSTING!!! Then they tell us we have to pay for a procedure BEFORE SERVICES ARE RENDERED OR THEY WILL NOT SET UP APPOINTMENTS???? They billed out to insurance BEFORE any services were rendered, and when you question them they FLIP out then accuse you of being rude, then the dr had the NERVE to call us back REPEATEDLY to "dismiss us" which I found to be quite funny since we had ZERO intention of putting ANY TRUST in this UNORGANIZED UNETHICAL PRACTICE!!! POTENTIAL PATIENTS:BEWARE!! Find another office!!!!

It was really a worst experience to visit him. After diagnosis for three weeks and performing numerous test, he said he has no medicine to give. He said there is nothing wrong and when I said the patient is suffering from stomach ache from last one month, he said nothing is there and he cant do anything. Thats not expected from a specialist. Seems he was not concerned about the patients problem at all. He did nothing after conducting test. Staffs were rude. if you call the doctors office to know the reports, staff will speak to you rudely and doctor will never speak to you. During first meeting, Doctor will show as if he is very much concerned and he will write A-Z about the problem in his file. And on next visit, he will ask everything again. Then whats the point of writing in a file. Show off. Will never recommend him to anyone. Save time/money and see some other specialist.

I went to Dr. Patel after having months of stomach pains. He asked a slew of questions and made sure he had all the answers even before trying to diagnose me with anything. In the end, I had to have surgery. Dr. Patel made a referral to another amazing doctor. And he made sure I understood the whole process. I have referred friends and family to him because he genuinely cares for his patients. You dont have to wait for hours to see the doctor. The office staff does a good job not over booking.

Dr. Patel seemed very knowledgeable. His diagnosis was accurate. He did not insist on performing any unnecessary tests. He is probably one of the first doctors who took time to explain my condition in detail to me. This was even when he had been called in for an emergency surgery within 30 min.
