Ill start with the doctors then move onto the different levels of staff. Doctors: Ive two here and theyre AMAZING!!! So nice and funny and I wouldnt mind attending one of their bbqs thats how nice they were! The two women I saw that brought me to the room and prepped me for my dr visit were also super nice and reminded me of a really cool aunt or my mom. very lovely. NOW here comes the reason why I was only able to give this practice 2 stars. THE WOMEN BEHIND THE DESK! the two Ive had to deal with were so nasty! at my first visit all 3 were talking smack while I waited at the window: inappropriate. they made me wait to talk to people theyre gonna be next to for the next 7 hours. the first woman had some nasty remark and then today I asked the woman if that was it? cause all I had to do was give her 5 dollars so I thought maybe there was a paper to sign and the woman was like "I said thank you." as if I had accused her of not saying thank you????? they all seem very insecure bored old hags. its a shame they had to ruin an otherwise amazing staff. sorry I wont be going back after my follow up visit in a month.

I showed up for my 6 year old daughters appointment with my 2 year old in tow with us and was told someone had cancelled my appointment. The appointment was never cancelled by my family. We were then told to choose between waiting until the next month for an appointment or packing up the 2 kids, drive 30 minutes home, unpack them and then repack the kids again in 4 hours and drive them back. Which would require we cancel the family holiday plans that the appointment was already scheduled around so that I could accomodate an office error rather than they accomodate the patient. If it happened once who is to say the cancellation would not happen to the next appointment. The hardest part was my 6 year old is the one who suffers. She was so glad her foot was going to be taken care of and was then told she had to deal with it longer.

Initially I read other reviews and was a bit reserved for my office visit. However I had an excellent office visit. The doctor who treated me had top notch bedside treatment- No complaints here. Did not wait long to schedule an appt or to go into the exam room. There was nothing wrong with the front desk staff as other reviews allude to, they are there to do their front desk duties (not to make you feel special)which they were efficient and succeeded at doing. I saw Dr Joseph and I am sure the rest of the group is just as fabulous. I will definitely be returning as needed and recommending this practice as well.

I needed a simple procedure and since a family member has used this place I decided to give them a shot. Making an appointment was easy because I didnt have a preference as to which doctor I saw. Arrived a little early for the appointment, they saw me within a reasonable amount of time. The staff was courteous and helpful. The doctor who saw me was really nice, very friendly, and great at what he had to do. The follow up visit was the same. Everything went well and if I ever need anything else done Ill be sure to go back.

Should it take your doctor 7 months and 3 visits to get your orthotics right? Should the same doctor charge you for the follow up office visits he required because he not only made your orthotics wrong, but failed to notice how grossly wrong they were made? Probably not, but that is what this practice does. Ill never go back, I suggest you dont go either.

Dr. Greenfogel diagnosed my plantar fasciitis and prescribed treatment, including measuring me for orthotic inserts. I couldnt be more pleased with the results. I would recommend Dr. Greenfogel to anyone with foot issues. His pleasant, calm and succinct manner assured me that my feet would be in good hands!
