I saw Dr. Coyle as my Primary Care Physician. I am suffering from TMJ and require an Oral surgeon. None of the surgeons in my health plan treat my condition. My insurance company offered to send me to a surgeon out of network, but Dr. Coyle would have to do the paper work. I made a special appointment to do the paper work with the Dr. and went to that appointment. The Dr. instructed me to see her receptionist. Several days later, after hearing nothing, I called the office. The phone rings until the voicemail picks up and I leave messages. No return calls ever. So I rode over to the office and was told it wasnt done yet. Fast forward another week and I called again. The receptionist put me on hold to go online and check the status of the referral and never returned to the phone. After 12 minutes I hung up and my husband and I rode over to the office. The receptionist went into the Dr.s office and they came out together at which time the Doctor started giving an attitude and said that there were sicker patients and that I needed to wait. When I said it has been almost 2 weeks, she started that it wasnt that long and that she is short on staff and I need to wait. My husband informed her that I was living in pain and that all I needed was a referral and she said we were intimidating her receptionist. We were blown away by that as we were just standing at the desk. The doctor said you shouldnt come up to the desk and you should sit in the chair. There were no patients in the office and one generally does go to the receptionist when entering an office!! This doctor was quite rude, uncaring, degrading, and completely unprofessional. In fact, she told me not to ever come back. My understanding is that Doctors are supposed to care about their patients well being. This doctor couldnt care less. I have never been treated this way by a doctor in my entire life. I am writing this just so others know

I want to preface this review with the note that I have never given anyone a bad review. I am one to give positive uplifting feedback. I do however get upset when kind peoeple such as my wife are treated in a really really bad way. This review is on behalf of my wife who went there in July of 2017 on a referral for Lyme disease specialist. Ms Coyle had bad communication manners which is crippling the practice. Ms Coyle sent my wife to the wrong lab company for a Lyme test, which incurred a $1k bill, and never even got in touch with my wife on the results. after 8 days after the visit my wife was trying to get her results, the office secretary gave my wife her results because the doctor was busy, and she just recommended the usual antibiotic course. Ms Coyle did not take into consideration my wifes Lyme history, did not communicate as would be expected of a professional, did not communicate as would be expected of a compassionate caregiver, potentially violated HIPAA privacy laws by having the secretary communicate the results and it costs me a ton of money because she sent labs to an out of policy processor. Take the above for whats its worth before you visit Ms Coyle.

They are considerate , kind , but most important knowledgeable and get to the root of the cause which youd expect when a medical professional is this thorough. Office staff is very friendly, which is very important to me. Dr. Coyle herself is very pleasant and and made my 12 year old son (who was being seen for a physical) feel very comfortable. I was also impressed with how she interacted with my very busy, very noisy 2 year old son who I had to bring along to the appointment. We will be back!

Dr. Coyle is a very caring, professional & spiritual human being. I met Dr. Coyle years ago in East Rutherford and even though I still live in North Bergen, I follow her all the way to Sparta. It would be hard to find a doctor as competent, dedicated, and honorable as Dr. Coyle is. She is a rare gem in a profession which these days tends to disappoint more often than impress. My whole family would highly recommend Dr. Coyle to anyone in search of an excellent, truly caring physician.
