The oral surgeon, Levy, was very rude, uncaring and frankly demeaning during my LAST visit. Theyve since lost my confidence and any and all future business. The story is: I had to wait before I performed my tooth extraction, but by doing that it meant (apparently; I didnt know at the time) that they would have to refer me to a different dental center, since they couldnt perform the necessary anesthesia in their office. All well, right? I guess not: in telling me that, I was practically berated, yelled at and made to feel bad because this Levy was upset that I hadnt done it earlier and his rushed and insulting tone let me know it. I didnt understand what the big deal was. I thought about how his unfounded and unfair treatment, and the only conclusion I could reach is this: he and this place, as his association, dont get to cash in on the procedure, and hes upset he has to send me somewhere else. What else would it be? Why does he care where I get my operation done if it wasnt for the money involved? (Money, here, being the only common denominator between him as a provider and me as a patient). He certainly didnt show any positive care or concern towards me. His harsh and unappreciative tone led me to come to these conclusions. But even then, its all well: a business is a business, but maybe he shouldnt be so blatantly rude about it. He didnt even give me the time of day to ask a question, or allow me to take in or make sure I understood what he essentially brushed over. The visit lasted two, three minutes top. Thats not an exaggeration: in a aggravated voice, he came in, told me I waited too long, wrote the name of the new place on a piece of paper, and told me to go to the receptionist to get the referral. Then he left me with my jaw half-open. Talk about professionalism, about leaving your patients with a sore taste in their mouths. Anyway, the second star is for one Ms. Lin Zhung: shes an awesome hygienist and I will miss her! Its a shame this Levy had to ruin my opinion on, and relationship with, this place.

What a bunch of shysters! I had my wisdom teeth pulled here a couple years ago. First of all, they told me everything was covered under my insurance except the nitrous oxide to put me under which would leave me to pay $300. I was a pharmacy student at the time and really couldnt afford this so I asked about cheaper alternatives. I know of many places that will give you a couple of valiums (much cheaper) before a procedure such as this, and it costs about $5. They refused. When the day to pull my 4 teeth out came my parents scrounged up the $300. When they put the mask on my face it was nothing but room air I suppose. I was AWARE the whole time! I told the dentist I was still awake and he informed me the tank was "turned all the way up". I felt everything! There was no nitrous oxide in that tank and I got charged $300. Thank god I was novacained or I would have been in real trouble. I complained afterwards but it was to no avail. BEWARE. To top it off it was a friday and all they were going to give me for pain was 800 mg motrin. I refused to leave until I had the proper pain medication for getting 4 teeth pulled. When I returned with dry sockets they refused to give me pain medication so I had to suffer. To add insult to injury its been 3 years and today I received a bill for $141. When I called their office to dispute the claims they said it was a computer error and that hundreds of people received erroneous bills and disregard. Shysters!

I am utterly shocked at the other reviews for this office as I have had nothing but good experiances there. Most recently last week I was in extreme pain and in need of 2 root canals and fillings however there was a wait because the route canals needed to be pre authorized by my insurance. I was given medication for pain and antibiotic in the mean time. However the pain was still there after a few days because the infection was so bad. With out any thought of cost Dr. Hud made time for me in here schedule to do some work on my teeth to get me out of pain. The front desk is always polite. The office manager made some extra calls to the insurance company but Dr. Hud was still willing to do the work just so I was not in pain. That was last week, and for the one side that was the worst. They still scheduled me in for today for the work on the other side. Thankfully the authorizations came in this morning but she was still going to do the work any way. She was very gently and very caring, excellent bed side manner. I cant speak to the other Doctors as I have never been seen by them but Dr. Hud is the greatest. The front desk is wonder. And my hygentist Lee is great. I would highly recommend this office for families as I have been taking my daughter there as well.

Dr. Danzig was terrible with my children. He told me he was "done for the day" because of my kids. He also blamed one of his co-workers for the computer not running properly. He was very rude as belittled her. She came over& fixed his problem which happened to be his error. My husband went in for a cleaning and rather than cleaning my husbands teeth he told him he would need 2 wisdom teeth removed and a filling. Remove teeth that dont even hurt??? Isnt their job to fix and repair teeth? They didnt clean his teeth, they told him to come back to see the oral surgeon, then come back to have a cavity filled and after all that he could come back for a cleaning. They are all about making a buck. Not going back! What a waste of time. Out of 4 people only one successfully came out with a cleaning.

Horrible 0 stars. Made me feel uncomfortable physically and mentally. Basically kicked me out during a procedure and told me to go somewhere else. If you cant handle the job refer me somewhere else first dont try to take my money first, and its funny because the first day I went in they gave up on another patient next to me taking his/her x-rays saying if he/she doesnt cooperate they will have to go to another dentist. You wouldnt have that much trouble with people if you treated them like people and not robots with your next paycheck. Unprofessional, Nitrus tanks are just room air like that other guy says dont do anything at all, Ive gotten a bigger buzz from drinking ODouls. Less then 2 stars on yelp, officially the KMart of dentistry.

Went there to do root canal and started the treatment but then after suffering tremendous pain the doctor sent me to a speicalist to do the root canal the specialist received payment from me and told me that I dont need to pay twice for the same treatment so I need to pay him only and not Dental Solution depsite this they wanted me to pay them as well called the insurance company and they also told me I dont need to pay depsite all of this i kept getting bills from them when told the office manager that it was settled with the insurance company she told me that i got the treatment with them and i need to pay very bad service and very unprofessional from start to finish
