My now husband has been taking his dog and cat here for a number of years. When my dog and I joined the family in 2008 naturally she began going there as well. The staff is friendly and accommodating and down to earth. Both Dr. Neuss and Dr. Confessore are very helpful. They both take time to answer any questions I have no matter how big or small. Dr. Neuss was able to refer us to an exotics vet when our Guinea pig needed care, and that Vet was just as wonderful. I couldnt have been happier with the level of professionalism and compassion provided by the staff here. I was very sad when we had to move too far out of town to continue going to Packanack but we hope to be back some day soon!

Have had Dr Neuss for many years with our most valued members of our family. This place has had consistently courteous friendly staff. Starting with the phone call, their manner on the phone reflects their professionalism and you just know they are going to take care of any issues that arise. Dr Neuss is very knowledgeable, professional, trustwortny--he will refer to other vet clinics if he feels that is best for the dog. He is compassionate and easy to talk to--unlike so many other docs who convey annoyance if you have many questions. Takes his time in exam with dog, never feel like you are in an assembly line. I highly recommend this wonderful place!

My daughter and I Love everyone that works here. I have been taking my lil man since we adopt him on 9/19/08. They make you feel like no question is a stupid question. My lil man just had dental surgery and I brought his blanket with me and they took it. And, when the surgery was over they cover him with it and he felt a lil better having his blanket . I have 2 dogs and many friends with pets and we all agree Packanack animal Hospital is the best!! I love Dr. Neuss and Dr. Confessore they are both so down to earth. They genuinely care for for me and my dogs, Ive been going there for years as well as all my friends and I wouldt trust anyone else. The office is beautiful!and the staff is wonderful. Love them!!

Tonight was my first time using this vet and I can say Im very pleased. I didnt have an appointment but they squeezed me anyway as where other places in the area told me to wait till tomorrow. They have definitely earned my respect and I feel comfortable bringing my cat there. Everyone there was very polite and friendly.

The doctors and staff are always friendly and always treat your pets like family. They are open almost everyday and some days until 8pm so i never have a problem making or changing an appointment.
