Doctor Zakharov himself is good, friendly and carrying, I would highly recommend him. But rude unprofessional staff at reception spoil experience, they do all kinds of mess: errors in paperwork (got claim for co-pay after half of year after visit, even though Ive actually paid it right the way), can not provide clear information by phone, put you on hold for 30 minutes and then forget about you at all, make an appointment at one time, and then you are waiting in line for 20 more minutes.

Disrespectful, and unprofessional staff. They have conversations in Arabic , and Polish while in the process of preforming their physical therapy duties. They also make snide remarks to their patients. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Extremely unprofessional and rude staff. Canceled appointments without notice and made errors in paperwork. Truly horrible experience!
