Im sure the doctor is lovely but my experience with the receptionist was less than lovely. My insurance was recently terminated but I was covered under Cobra. She immediately told me that the doctor was not going to see me and that she personally was not going to accept my Cobra insurance. That I had to physically show her proof that I had paid Cobra. It fealt like she was attacking me on a personal level. She didnt even want to call the insurance to verify. Im sorry but it was just very rude especially for a new patient. Get a new receptionist.

People here dont know how to draw blood except for that one guy. My mom came back with multiple pokes and a gigantic bruise. Thank goodness for that one guy who knows what hes doing and came to the rescue before the less-experienced girl poked my mom a hundred times. If your job involveds sticking needles in people, you should make sure you know what youre doing...
