Had I listened to Dr. Kaminski, I would be dead today. Simply put, he put forth one of the most dangerously irresponsible acts of medical negligence I have ever seen. Its simply inexcusable and a warning is deserved. He does not know what he is doing, rushes his patients and is flat out a sorry excuse for Doctor. I saw Dr. Kaminski in 7 or so year ago with *extreme* abdominal pain, vomiting and fevers up to 104 degrees. I couldnt pass gas and merely touching my stomach lead to extreme pain. In hindsight, this was caused by an intestinal obstruction caused by Crohns disease. Dr. Kaminski, after a 2 minute evaluation, put me on a PROTON PUMP INHIBITOR and sent me on my way. When I returned a few days later, as the proton pump inhibitor did little to cure my inability to eat and not have extreme fevers, he added an elixir used to treat ulcers. Days later, I was diagnosed with Crohns by a GI who was mortified when I told him about my visit to Dr. Kaminski. Had I not quickly seen a new doctor, the intestinal obstruction could have perforated my intestines. They can be fatal if untreated. What shocks me most about his negligence was that he basically ignored everything I told him and put me on a drug to reduce stomach acid(which I never once complained about). **Funny coda: I went back to him once afterward just to get a prescription from my GI re-filled(he was much closer). He through a hissy fit, insisted I didnt have Crohns and that I should stop taking that medication. He would set me up with someone else, yada yada yada. Well Doc, Im currently with the IBD team at Mt. Sinai a few days after my Crohns lead to surgery. Still think I dont have it?!? Hes a great doctor if you dont care at all about your health.

I had a cold for a month and had one hack o a cough too many and called him as reccomended by a friend. The office took me the same day and I didnt wait more then a half hour w out an apt. Mark K. was multitasking like no man I have seen b 4 and when he was w me I felt like his attention was really on my needs. He gave me sound advice on vitamins and even how to spend the least amount o $ on such things but still being healthy. He sent me off with two persciptions one antibiotic and one optional inhailer. I feel much better. Unfortunately the next day I had to call again because I was in an accident and needed exrays! What luck, eh? Anyway, the receptionist I spoke to was super helpful and nice and I got refered 2 a cheap place in Green Point fast, his office has exray machine but I needed fast, anyway, I was really happy with everything. I wish more docs would really care for the well being of people physically and in the pocket book, 4 mental health! Thanks Dr. Mark!!!

Dr. Kaminski is most likely the best doctor I will ever encounter. I was at my wits end with a lung infection for two months, feeling helpless and fearful that I was never going to get better. Dr. Kaminski and his office staff treated me like family. He cured me! They showed me that a medical practice can actually function like a real practice. I was so taken back by them that I was almost in tears while I was doing a breathing treatment to help my lungs (they didnt know it but I was). He is the most thorough and thoughtful doctor I have ever had, and I will always go to him in the future. He trained me how to use my inhaler and gave me detailed instructions on how to use my medication. Even the pharmacist and I talked about how thorough and wonderful he is. The office staff was sweet and nice. The office itself is clean, organized with nice plants and rugs. I am blessed to have found this place.

The guy is a real gem! He can be a bit rough here and there but that is only cause he cares about your health and he is extremely straightforward. Explains things very well, no problems with getting back to me with lab results. You dont feel forgotten. Also does not seem to be in it for the money. Definitely recommend

I have been coming to see Dr. Kaminski for couple years now and have always had a pleasant experience. Last time I came in i had some stomach issues that were lasting for couple of days and he outlined a plan of care that made me healthy again. His office gets busy so definitely book in advance.
