I called to make an appointment. The receptionist was friendly, took all the information she required, and proceeded to ask me mental health questions over the phone (a privacy matter for those of us who work and have to make calls while working). She then referred me to their walk-in hours (then why did I need her to make an appointment?) between the hours of 1 and 4 (which is convenient for doctors, but no one who actually works for a living.) Id love to get treatment that isnt at the convenience of the facility and where I am treated as a patient rather than a customer. This is not the place.
