The last thing you need when youre on vacation is to have a medical emergency! My little accident wasnt serious but it could have been if I hadnt sought treatment. I walked into the office at 9:00 on a Monday morning and there were several other patients ahead of me. I only waited about 45 minutes. Pat, the nurse, was awesome and Dr. Congdon was great. He did a great job! They even accepted my insurance and I only had my co-pay. AND....Pat called me the next day to see if I was OK. and I was! I highly recommend this practice.

I have been a patient at Dr. Congdons office for a while now and I have never had a negative experience until today with the girl (has to be a girl because a Lady would never behave so unprofessionally), named Geneva over the phone. Not only was I misled and lost my appointment. When I called back after making another appointment, this girl hung up on me. I was going to call back to talk to whoever is above her, however I will talk to the doctor when I get to my appointment next week.

I love this office they are the best doctors and nurses I have ever delt with. This has been a great experience for me they work with you and never look down on you. I drive 45 minutes to get to them but its worth it for me. I would recommend them to everyone they have helped me so much and I cant thank them enough.

Wait time is NEVER under 30 minutes, have waited an hour or more on too many occasions. Dr. Congdon is seemingly great once you see him, if you see him, but dont go if youre a geriatric. Why? Too bad he spoke ill of old people when he was sitting at a bar and his entire conversation was overheard by a local.

Doctor C and all his staff are extremely helpful and always have a smile on their face. Karen in billing works with you as well to help get your bill paid. She truly cares. This place stays packed but every staff member are always very professional. I have been with them for years and would never leave.
