I attend the visits with my disabled wife and we requested our records for review for accuracy. We found on every date of service gross omissions and complete false data. She had my wife as employed, she had applied for disability and has not worked for years. She had my wifes medications wrong on the current format and hysteorical format, she didnt have her cardiology medications listed, and some of the doses were wrong. Had her taking meds shes not taken for years, and off meds she takes daily. She quoted home blood pressures wrong thus supporting a higher level of coding? My wife discussed not sleeping at all and might want to go on ambien if over the counter meds dont work. She the doctor documented patient sleeping to "much", then documents that the patient contradictory wants ambien, but sleeps too much. My wife doesnt sleep at all. Or no more than 3 hours. I was in the 3 visits with her, the female doctor does not listen. Documentation full of errors, omissions, and complete falshoods. Get your medical records read them for accuracy. YOUR LIFE MAY DEPEND ON IT.

I had to make 8 phone calls to have an rx filled it took 12 days and the office managers assistance, and a covering doctor finally filled it then. 4 dates of service the doctors dictation was riddled with errors from medications to complete falsehoods. When reaching out to the manager shes always in a meeting. Id advise to get a copy of your dictation and review it closely. The staff are nice, the female doctor my husband saw was nice, BUT looks as she used cut and paste technology which was not accurate. READ YOUR DICTATION ITS CRUCIAL TO YOUR HEALTH. The statement she made are totally unbelievable and as if she was thinking about another patient and in his record while typing. They obviously do not have quality assurance measures in place to catch such gross errors.

They are the best Doctors office in town. Ive never had a problem getting in right away, when needed. Ive never waited in the waited room long for an appointment. The staff is the absolute best. I always recommend them to all of my friends and family.
