Initially when I opened up my account, I wasnt happy to open it up at the front desk in front of everyone. I thought we could have gone into a office. The customer service rep seemed more interested in opening up the account then actually providing us privacy about our information. But everyone else seems to be very nice and resourceful.

They never answer the phone. Im changing banks , you should be able to call your bank during normal business hours and get a response . Especially if youve been a loyal member for ( YEARS ) .
