The nurses are knowledgeable. Unlike three other travel clinics Ive visited in recent years, this one added charges for the necessary next steps to receiving medication, including prescription receipt (25) and even pick-up of meds(25), on top of appointment charge and up-charged meds. After swiping for payment, they separately called and demanded credit card info, including CVV code and exp date, which my bank identified as the clinics attempt to express my payment approval at will. Its ironic that these people in the industry of customer well-being are also quick to loot, unlike the other travel clinics Ive visited.

It is my first time traveling to Africa, and there is a lot to think about! Passport Health made everything crystal clear, including what vaccinations I needed, safety tips, medicine and protection items. The visit was incredibly detail oriented and Karen explained everything in a kind and gentle way, making me feel extremely comfortable. 6 vaccinations later, I walked out with all of my goodies and a list of things that I need to do to get ready for my trip. Great experience! Mary is very well educated on every aspect of travel. She prepared a booklet for me on the places I am traveling to so that I can be best prepared. She provided me with a lot of helpful information and tips to stay safe and healthy on my trip.
