Pros: Short wait time if scheduled in advance. Nice office atmosphere. CONS: EVERYTHING ELSE! Dr. Mary, Ive only seen her the first time I went in. She seemed very nice. Male Dr, I would give you his name but he never even introduced himself the 5x ive seen him. Uncaring, no problem solving, only suggests over the counter meds, seems judgmental, dismissive, young, dont even waste your copay just read up on google you illnesses, youll get more information. Staff: A joke, They are nice when you speak with them, but they get nothing accomplished. Im still waiting on someone to call me about my knee xray. Been 3 weeks, got results back 3 days after scan, left 3 messages for a call back..... NOTHING. I ask them to refill a script, they say by the end of the day. Yea right that never happens. Ill be switching doctors. Beautiful office though, shame.

This is the most horrible doctors office I dropped off my physical form to be filled out 3 weeks ago , first they tell me my physics is good until semptember then its expired when in reality its not because anywhere you go everyone knows physicals are good for up to a year , then they say the doctor has to see me to fill the form out which is complete bs they just want to charge my insurance for the visit ... I had a deadline and thanks to them I wont be able to go on my clinical for school smfh !! They are horrible !!!

If I could give this office 0 stars, I would. I have had nothing but problems every single time I have gone here. I was told to get blood work done and it took calling the office 3 times to get any response about my results. This afternoon when I called, I was told to lose my attitude and then was hung up on when trying to inquire about my lab results. When I finally was given the results- there were no solutions offered. I will never return to this office and suggest you all do the same.

Horrible.. Everytime I call I get placed on hold and then what I ask for never gets done but yet when I go into the office to confront whomever everyone is socializing and playing w dogs behind the counter in the office.... I asked for a refill for my inhaler days ago and it was suppose to be sent over... Never got sent..I never in my life been to a doctors office like this before never again I was better off staying with my pediatrician I lie to you not...!!! Finding a new doctor ASAP.

I have been a patient of Tom C., physician assistant, for many years. My mother and children are also patients. He goes above and beyond to care for us and is readily available for questions and concerns. He will always find time to see any of us when we are in need of medical care and will address our needs with compassion and competent medical care.I would highly recommend him and trust him 100%. If you are looking for top quality care, this is where you will find it.

As everyone else mentioned, this office does not follow up on anything they say. After multiple calls, messages and speaking with the office I had to physically go there to get something that should have taken literally 5 minutes. If youre in poor health and require regular doctor appointments and follow ups I recommend going else where , as this office cant even do the bare minimum

Absolutely horrible if you need pre-authorization for prescriptions. After days of trying to get them to do it and excuses of why it hasnt been done, they had the nerve to tell me to just pay for it because its cheap. $120.00 is not cheap in my book when using my insurance would only cost $15. Other than that, theyre ok.
