Tried to make an appointment on a Saturday because I was in a lot of pain. I was first told to come in at 12:30 to see Dr Parick but then they called back 15 minutes later and said that Dr.Parick doesnt take my insurance. That is a lie because my wife and daughter see Dr Parick all the time. With the same insurance. This place does not know what they are doing. Then they told me I should go to Urgent care which will cost me much more money. But at least I would be able to see a doctor that knows what they are doing. This place should be ashamed of itself . So much better when Dr Horowitz was there.

If you like waiting for 90 minutes in their office then this place is for you. If you want to have more time with a nurse than the doctor, then go here. If you want to deal with a staff that never calls you back or doctors that want you to take tests you do not need, then I suggest this place. OR you could go to Sisselman Medical Group nearby who are wonderful
