Very easy check in 8:30 am. Had a bee sting on finger which necessitated my ring being cut of. The first urgent care we went to could not do it. Thankfully City MD was open early and had the right tool. The doctor was real nice and even saw me again later when I was concerned about swelling spreading. Both times I was seen within 5 minutes and could not have asked for better service. No problems.

The doctor was great. However when I first came in horrible. I told a Latino male about 25 with short hair. I was a first time patient and needed help with the kiosk machine. He refused because he was busy playing on his cell phone. He should not be at the front desk . He is nasty and should be cleaning toilets.

Clean, friendly and easy Urgent Care. The front desk were very polite and prompt, the Aide was thorough and friendly and the Doctor took his time and was very helpful.
