I will not recommend to go to this office, bad experience since last year. I had my 2 immunization shots in Oct, 2015. The billing office sent an invoice of $105.00 to me, I ask them to send to MEDICARE office to claim for the charges, less than a month the billing office send another invoice of $295.00 which indicated the medicare office would not pay, therefore I had to pay the$295 instead of $150. Why ??? Can they bill 2 different invoices amount with the same services. Is it legal to inflate the medical bill like this ? No wonder our medical insurance is so high !

Using CityMD for about 2 years. First time today using the East Meadow location. I understand that theres a procedure in place to triage an incoming patient. However, if the receptionist were to let the patient finish a sentence instead of presuming that they knew the issue or concern, it would likely go so much better with the patient feeling that theyre being heard. Instead, I threw the clipboard of paperwork on the floor and walked out. I wouldnt bring my puppy there for kennel cough.

My girlfriend and I just came from here, the nurses and assistants provided excellent service but the doctor proceeded to leave check on her and left the office mid check and was absent for approx 5minutes. If youre seeing a patient please finish out or atleast have manners enough to say excuse me and give some type of hospitality. Quick reception and everything else, process wise, was great and painless but again the particular doctor she got seemed a bit rude.
