Terrible pediatrics practice without ethics. No direct line to the actual office, nurses or doctors. Only a contact center that gives out incorrect information. I was reassured of an appointment for my sick child and when I got there the extremely rude woman at the front of the pediatrics center said its against their doctors religion to work past 5pm, even though children were still being called back to see doctors. I dont know what kind of pediatrician refuses to honor an appointment for a sick child. Absolutely disgusted by this practice and their lack of ethics.

I will first start off by saying all of the doctors in this office do not care about their patients! I believe a Dr should give extra attention to their patients examine them not just hand them a prescription like these doctors, they all say try this out see how it works, unbelievable! I will suggest if you are not feeling well and care about yourself DO NOT COME TO THIS OFFICE!! These doctors are all heartless, disgusting animals I hope their family members get treated the same way they treat all of their patients. BE AWARE and good luck to you..

Arrived 5:01 .Would not allow me in .Bad left foot swollen and possibly infected . Showed them my foot through the door .See Photo .Horrible . No humanitarians working here . Told me to go to the hospital . Guess they had pressing personal engagements to get to . Wine and friends more important than patients .They were waiting with their coats on at 5;01 to leave . Go anywhere else . This place has horrible doctors , or whatever they are .

Disappointing and DISTURBING. I TOOK MY CHILD TO URGENT CARE HOWEVER THE STAFF THERE DENIED SERVICES FOR HIM ON ACCOUNT THEY DONT TAKE HIS INSURANCE YE I CALLED BEFORE GOING AND THEY SAID THEY DID TAKE IT AND HIS PRIMARY CARE DOC IS IN SAME OFFICE . DO NOT GO THERE WESTMED IS HORRIBLE AND UNcompassionate THEY WILL DENY YOU OUT OF NOWHERE..THEY HAVE DROPPED COVERAGES NUMEROUS TIMES I HAVE CONTACTED A LAWYER TO DEAL W THEM......

I would like to leave no stars but the review makes me leave a star this place is horrendous my daughter is 4 + 1/2 I came in 5 minutes late which they did not see her and said it would take an hour before she could be seen the staff is completely rude and the doctors seem not to care parents beware stay far away from West Medical Group

Great Place. I have had great experiences with the staff and doctors. Never waited longer than an hour from check in to check out. Super fast and efficient. I like that everything is on the premises and you get seen at the time your appt is set for.

Efficient place. Waiting areas are clean and comfortable and doctors and labs are generally friendly and on time. Urgent care is available here as well, but naturally can be a little slower.
