Unfortunately, I experienced one of the rudest customer service ever. Instead of trying to help me with a problem I had with my insurance in a constructive way, Ms. Mary Fauchon, the person in charge, decided that the best policy is to criticize me and suggest that Im an irresponsible person. I wish Ms. Fauchon would take an example from the person at the front desk; she was so kind and at least tried her best to help.

Went in to replace a pair of frames for my 12 y/o son that were under warranty. They had only one pair in stock and held them until I got there from another location. As soon as I walked in, they took us and replaced the frames. I dont recall the ladys name who assisted us but she was very friendly. We were in and out in no more than five minute.

Convenient parking. Great variety of frames. Pleasant, experienced staff. Five stars, if they served free Latte - dont expect that to happen though.
