The Wal Mart Vision Center in Wallingford, CT was less than helpful, to say the least. Aside from the 45 minute wait, the doctor was extremely unprofessional when conducting routine practices. Instead of offering me a brand that was covered by my insurance company, I was given a brand that, of course, was not covered by the insurance company that they knew I was a member of up front. One would assume that the whole reason an insured patient makes an appointment at an establishment is because they are in their insurance network. Moving forward, I would much rather pay out of pocket for an exam elsewhere. Be better.

I have been taking my daughters to Walmart vision Center for years (they are now adults) and have always gotten exceptional service. They have always gone above and beyond in service. Being a single Mom, price was always important. Not only was the price great, but the service was great. There have been times when I need help and Lisa (front desk) has always gone out of her way to help me. So not only has their price been great, but the service has been wonderful. Thank you Lisa!!!
