My husband and I went to get glasses and Branford Optometric. Even though we had previously gotten glasses from this office, we were stopped immediately upon entering and told that the eyeglasses shop was "private" and only for patients of the practice doctors. When we asked why they had served us in the past, the office manager, Michelle, told us extremely rudely that it was done "without her permission". Both Michelle and Sue were stunningly rude, and I would recommend staying away from this practice at all costs for both glasses and eye exams.

They were very accommodating, when my mother was having vision problems. They told us to come straight in and called the doctor back to the office. The lady in the glasses shop was EXTREMELY helpful in choosing new lens and frames: Excellent care, selection and quality!

I have has three pairs of glasses at this business. They are great a customer service, get you in and out but take full care of you! Best of all, they have been right on target with needed changes---very caring. Highly recommend. Ed Lazarus

Tough to get an appointment fast, but thats because theyre an amazing office. Treat the patients like people, in a very comfortable environment. Amazing optometrists, skilled and very personable. I wouldnt go anywhere else!
