This was only one of two places my infant daughters eyes could be examined at...and we ended up going to both. First visit was fine, nothing out of the ordinary. Our second visit about 4 months later is what I am not impressed with. On our second visit the secretary notified us that for whatever reason her insurance was coming up as inactive that day...weird. I get on the phone with her insurance company and they say everything looks fine on their end, she should be good to go. Nope! I ended up having to pay out of pocket for her follow up exam that day due to this insurance issue. Fine. Im told I will be reimbursed as soon as her insurance goes through. I figure no big deal, insurance really is in fact active, so I should be reimbursed straight away. Nope! This is now over 2 months later! And my daughters insurance has been active this whole time...so not only did I pay for this visit, but the insurance company paid as well...double dipping. No one has called me, Ive called the office to ask about status of reimbursement and they even told me themselves it will take months for a check to be mailed to my house...not exactly what I was told the day I decided to just pay instead of rescheduling. Totally disappointed. EDIT: On the following Monday after this review was made, someone from the billing department contacted me to let me know they had rectified this issue. I really appreciate that this office took the time to not only read their reviews, but actually look me up in their computer to see where this went wrong and fix the problem. I am impressed.

Top-notch team of ophthalmology specialists and optometrists who spend a lot of time discussing your concerns and medical issues during appointments. All three of them that I have seen so far have been highly professional and knowledgeable. Excellent follow-up and referrals for eye problems. Their offices are spread out over a wide geographical area, so you may need to drive to one of their offices to see a doctor in short notice if you have an urgent situation, but they provide excellent care and follow-up.

I love Eye Physicians & Surgeons! I have enjoyed excellent care from Dr. Seth Meskin and the entire staff for years! Never had a billing problem, and my appointments almost always started on time. They have a very nice optical shop on premises too (which takes eyeglass insurance if you have it). I highly recommend Dr. Meskin and this practice!

I would give them a 0 if possible DO NOT GO TO THIS GROUP THEY ARE RUDE THEY GAVE THE WRONG PRESCRIPTION STRENGTH AND UNFLEXIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL they would get a 0 rating if possible you will truly be unhappy if you go there!
