This is a great place for all of your eye care needs. I was able to get a very thorough exam answering all of my questions so I can understand. I never felt rushed and felt I could take all the time I need to make sure everything was right. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have all of the latest equipment to run all needed tests on your eyes testing all aspects of the eye. They make working with insurance easy and can help with ordering contacts and also have a good selection of glasses and frames to choose from. They even have a follow up visit which is free of charge to make sure you are completely happy with your contacts before actually purchasing them. I highly recommend Total Vision in Manchester, CT for all of your eye care needs.

We are currently in the process of getting contact lenses for all 3 of our children We are extremely happy with how the process is going. The office (Brianna) has worked with us to schedule appointments that allow the least amount of time out of school for all 3 children. Dr. Alpert is always very pleasant and obviously top notch in his field. He has taken time to speak with us about different options and has never made us feel rushed and that is very much appreciated. The entire staff is very friendly and pleasant making for a good experience each time we have been there. When the children are all squared away, my husband and I will also be going in for exams as well. Would highly recommend Total Vision Eye Care of Manchester to anyone.

This is my second annual eye exam with Total Vision Eyecare Center of Manchester. Both exams were done with a complete explanation of every test preformed. Dr Alpert explained his findings sitting down with me face to face. The terminology was easy to understand and all my questions were answered. The optical staff spent a lot of time and personal service with my eyeglass selection. They helped me with a very difficult decision that I needed to be happy with for daily use. Dr. Alpert has outfitted his practice with up to date tools and equipment for extremely thorough eye exams. I would absolutely recommend Totalvision and Dr Lance Alpert. I go to him a few times a year because my vision keeps changing. Dr Alpert always takes the time to explain why my eyes are changing. His staff goes out of their way to make me feel comfortable, they are very friendly and always have a smile on their faces. I only go every couple of years for my regular exam and new frames and theyre super helpful and friendly every time. They have really high-tech exam gadgets which make the exam kinda fun! And I agree with the other reviewer that Jeannie is AMAZING with frames and SO friendly! I definitely recommend this office.

This is a top drawer operation. I used to go to an opthalmologist, but Lan Alpert has all the latest technology with half the wait. His team of assistants really keep you moving throught the process and Jeannie is very knowledgeable with frames
