Make sure you explain your reason for going there thoroughly. 1st time I went for glasses, and received a contact fitting. Just thought it was part of the exam. I was asked if i wore contacts or glasses. Even though i didnt need a new prescription I was given the fitting because i said i wore both. Without realizing it was an extra cost because they added it to the final price when i paid for the glasses (Glasses are over-priced and they push hard to buy from them). If i had even known I had a separate prescription i would have ordered them before my previous contact prescription expired, so i basically paid for a fitting that i never even used or knew I even paid for. 2nd time i went in for new contacts. I was given an eye exam, but not a contact fitting! (This is when i realized i was charged for the first fitting last time) They tried selling me new glasses, but i just wanted new contacts, I was then told I had to get a Contact fitting first. After i was already in with the Doctor! I just asked her if i could order them online with my prescription she said my contact prescription from last year just expired, even though I never even received a prescription from them in the first place. They hold them hostage unless you ask for it apparently, so be sure to ask for your prescription! they want you to buy from them and wont just give it to you like an normal honest business would. Long story short, I went there for contacts and left with a prescription for glasses and an expired prescription for contacts from last year, haha. Total waste of my time. I will never step foot back in this office again.

Very nice to my wife and I. VERY unprofessional and rude when my wife took our three children ages 11 , 10 , 9. Got our appointment time wrong and blamed us for showing up late when they clearly got it wrong and we had an appointment card with the correct time. Also left two nasty messages on my phone and my wifes phone. Dr. White very nice and funny to my wife and I. Very rude and disrespectful to her when she brought the kids. They only saw 2 of our children that day. My wife had to reschedule the other one. I cancelled and never went.

Overall, this was a great visit. The doctor (Dr. White?) was very friendly, with a sense of humor and Dan (the optician) was exceptional. Dan went above and beyond to help (indecisive) me with frames that would not only look good, but work well for me. The other person working the frames area was Mary, although she was not assigned to me, she too was quite pleasant and helped me choose.

First off, the office got me in for an appointment right away, which I need. Then, my appointment went very smoothly. Ive always seen Dr. YEH, However, I saw Dr. White on 9/7/16 and he was very nice. I liked him a lot. Great personality and most definitely an asset to Your Company. Thank You, Dawn Bonetti

Emily eye care staff was fantastic! Really spent the time to work with us and our daughter. Dr. Yeh was great. We will definitely recommend the office to anyone looking for a good eye doctor. The service alone was outstanding!
