This is by far the worst dental office I have visited in my life. I visited this office with pain in my teeth 6 times. Out of those 6 times, they treated me for the pain twice. One time the dr did not come into the office and no one notified me (lost a day of work b/c of it). Another 2 times, they made me wait over 25 minutes to tell me that "you need to get work done" without treating me (and charging me for an emergency visit). This last time (March 17th) I came there because I was feeling the worst pain Ive ever felt in my life, only to get prescribed penicillin. Despite requesting something stronger than ibuprofen they told me they "cant do that." I then had to go to my doctor to have them prescribe me Tylenol 3. I have never been so disgusted in treatment and the lack of competence of an office. Ive just spent an hour trying to obtain my dental x-rays. They asked me to fax a signed letter. After 30 minutes of no responses, I called the office to find out that their internet and fax is down. Of course they tell me this after i fulfill their request of trying to send it. I think if you combine the qualifications of all of their staff, it would combine to 1 competent dentist. I forgot to mention, the 2 times they did actually "treat me", I was in more physical pain AFTER the visit than beforehand. If youre in need of dental assistance, a car mechanic in a garage can probably help you better than these guys.

Horrible place. Scheduled an appointment 3 months in advanced for a simple cleaning. They take my x-rays, -and send me back into the waiting room only to be never taken again. I have used them before, and they claim I dont have the dental insurance for them and then I call the insurance company and they say everything is fine. I wasted 2 hours of my life and the staff did not try to help the situation or even try to reschedule me.

Wonderful doctors and assistants. I have nothing but good things to say about the doctors and staff. They are all very competent. I have been with them for over 15 years. Seen people retire in the interim. Love the people, they are like family. Always treated my husband, me and all my kids right. I wish I could still have them but my husbands job changed dental insurance plans. Very disappointed.

If you like to have your appointments constantly cancelled and rescheduled come here. If you love to wait over an hour every visit definately use this lovely place. The office staff blame the doctors , the doctors blame the staff. Not sure how they get away with running a business. Poor quality

We wont be back. They make sure they take care of them, but had my daughter and I WAITING while "they" ushered in others whose appt time was after my daughters. Just disrespectful. The hygienist was decent and I really appreciate her kindness in the end.

It took over 2 hours for a cleaning. Not acceptable. Hygenist was sloppy and not thorough.
