Cheap service and very very bad and disappointed treatment by Dr. Hasan Albaiyaa. I was on appointment 1 month ago. It was my first and LAST time in the Dr. Dental office. I was 38 weeks pregnant and came for the regular teeth cleaning. My appointment was at 12:00, I came at 11:55. I waited for 1 hour in a waiting room, and then about 20 more minutes for the Dr. on the dental chair after nurse took care of me. Finely, Dr. came to clean my teeth. It was fast (about 20 minutes) and surprisely not painful cleaning, later I understood why... After "cleaning" I looked in the mirror and was satisfied Drs job. I came to my car and looked in the mirror again. The front side of my teeth was clean, but the back side of my teeth was full of black spots!!! I realized that they have a bad light in there, and you can not see the problem. Dr. Hasan Albaiyaa did not clean the back side of my teeth at all!!! And this is called "professional cleaning"!!?? I was very disappointed my "cleaning" and came back to the dental office. I told girl at the front desk about problem and I want Dr. to finish his job! I was already tired of waiting, but she asked me to wait again. I waited for 1 more hour!! After 1 hour the girl at the front desk said that Dr. is busy and can not take me that day! What??? They made me (pregnant women with big belly) to wait 1 more hour just to say that Dr. is busy!!??? They did not see the Drs schedule before ask me to wait!!?? So, we made the other appointment in 2 days. I left the dental office at 3:00 pm super tired and angry. I wasted 3 hours and did not get the result!!! On the other appointment Dr. Hasan Albaiyaa cleaned better, but I needed to show him every spot that hi missed and need to clean! That was very very awful experience! By my opinion, if Dr. can not do this basic stuff, so what he can do at all!!?? "Thank you" for such a terrible service "Experienced and Knowledgeable" Dr. Hasan Albaiyaa and Dr. Dental office!

AVOID! Although overall nice people, they are very shady here. My x-rays showed absolutely nothing. They claimed I had "surface decay" and wanted to drill it out in 3 teeth. I said I wanted to go somewhere else for a second opinion and they called me a few days later almost begging me to try a different dentist in the office to see if they said the same thing (one of many red flags). The new doctor agreed with one filling, disagreed with one, and added 2 additional ones. The first doctor seemed very unsure of his decisions and both generally explain very little of their desired treatments to me. I actually had to ask which teeth they were talking about because they were so vague. Maybe if i knew what teeth were what numbers I could have followed when they told the assistant, but I shouldnt have to eavesdrop to understand what Im going to be paying for. It was that in addition to the dinginess of the office, the excessively long wait time (an hour past my appointed time both visits [even the time I went back to get my x-rays, someone had to apologize for the long wait [prepare to hear at least one well-warranted "Im sorry for the long wait" each time you visit]) and the wording of the first doctor (things like "we need to fill this surface decay so you dont need a root canal :D") that made me not want to trust them. I went to the Stamford Dental Spa, which I cant recommend highly enough, and we all had a good laugh at Dr Dentals incorrect diagnosis. All I had were stains. No decay at all. Dont let Dr Dental of Stamfords convenient Saturday hours and location make you take the risk. They overbook dentists so you wait super-long, and seem to care most about making money. Do yourself a favor and leave work a little earlier to go to Stamford Dental Spa instead.

I called Dr. Dental on a Saturday after 1pm. They were able to get me an appointment @ 8:30 Monday. No one else would take me last minute Saturday. I spent the weekend cringing in pain but grateful Id be seen. I arrived around 8:20am, still in pain. The front desk woman was exceptionally sweet and I recall her calling me "love" that, thankfully, started to distract me from the pain. I cant recall much between filling out the forms and getting to the dentist chair as the pain and my curiosity got the best of me. At one point, I remember the pain really spiking and before doing anything, the dental assistant gave me pain medication. Or maybe it was the dentist who did it - things were hazy. Once the pain went away, the DA quickly did x-rays and I met Dr. Baranova. She went over my x-rays and my treatment was explained to me. She was very pleasant. Afterwords, the "love" front desk woman explained cost BEFORE treating me, which I really like. I hate wondering while sitting in the chair what the financial dent is. In this case, it was very affordable. I agreed and she left and the Dr and DA started working. It was very fast and I didnt feel a thing. I was relieved and most of all, grateful that they did such great work. I no longer feel pain and def plan on going back for all future dental work.

My best dental visit so far, under the care of Dr AlBaiyaa and the wonderful staff. Pros: Dr is very caring and gentle and patient. He explained the process and took his time. The best cleaning I had ever done by far. He is also surrounded by a staff of professional and beautiful ladies who made the experience very friendly. Cons: Office needs updating. Stains on the carpet, dusty plastic plants, wall stickers falling off, all those need to be replaced. Bathroom also didnt have toilet seat covers left to use. Tips: Make sure to book the right length of appointment that suits the purpose of your visit. Make sure to give all insurance information over the phone prior to your visit to save time.

Ive never felt more comfortable in a dental office before I stepped foot into this gem. From the moment I walked in, Maria and Natalia greeted me with smiling faces. My doctor, Dr. Kang, was amazing and very comforting because I am normally TERRIFIED of the dentist. The treatment I needed was explained thoroughly by Alison, and I cant wait to come back for my fillings(I never thought Id say that about a dentist!). My mother is also a patient here and sees Dr. Hasan and she does nothing but rave about how great and gentle he is. Overall, great place and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good dentist!

Terrible. Had a wisdom tooth extracted last week. One week later still in pain so my girlfriend scheduled a follow up not realizing I would be at work at the time of the appointment. I called to hopefully reschedule for the next day and was told I would have to wait a week because i did not give 24 hour notice. What sort of place has a customer punishment policy, especially when that individual is in constant pain? There was a band aid on the floor of the waiting room when I arrived and was charged over $100 more than I was quoted. All in all one of the poorest customer service experiences I have ever endured.
