I love the atmosphere. Its friendly and professional! Dr. Reese is incredible. I think Immanuel Family Practice is the best in the triad. I have called around and the tone of the receptionist plays a vital role. I would recommend college students to this practice. The co-pay is not a lot and it will fit our budget. To my Aggie family, when the Health Center cant do it, this practice will. Good thing also its on the bus route, bus route #7. I havent laughed that much in while. I guarantee the nurse will put a smile on your face.

I have been waiting for lab test results for my daughter who is asthmatic,anaphylaxis and eczema since February. We are also waiting referrals to dermatologist and allergist at the time of the appointment the blood had been taken. This practice is negligent and mediocre at best. I am gravely disappointed with the level of service provided in ever aspect. No one returns calls, emails go unacknowledged, prescription mix up and or refill orders take weeks to even respond to pharmacy request.
