A Private User

This office has made many mistakes. Eventhough it is a teaching practice and not a Private Office you would think that the attitudes would be positive. As a daughter of a patient there I have witness attitudes and poor client/patient care from physicians at this clinic. Attitude is everything and I feel that the Doctors at this facility need to listen to their patients more and not over talk them in order to get them out of the office. I dont feel they are skilled to handle major illness just minor illness that individuals may have. I have witness my mothers Doctor change of attitude because of mistakes they made and it is very unacceptable.

I had my first appointment last Friday and the staff was soooo friendly! I absolutely loved my doctor and felt that she took the time to get to know me instead of trying to rush me out the door. My husband went 2 weeks ago and had a different doctor and was thrilled with his bedside manner and treatment as well.

Much better. Positive attitudes from the staff. Renovations have created a positive atmosphere. Bed-side manners have improved. Over-all a more positive experience.
