Dr Flandry was kind enough to see me on short notice and Im thankful for that. Beyond that, my experience with both Dr. Flandry and this office have been an abhorrence and a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I spent the time and money on 2 doctors appointments, 2 blooddraws (they called and made me go back the next day because of paperwork they forgot to send over). The next day, I called my doctor friend who is a RESIDENT (meaning she has not completed her medical training) on the phone and she correctly diagnosed me WITHOUT SEEING ME (and this doctor had seen me in person TWICE) and gave me a regimen of over-the-counter (much cheaper) medicine. Dr Flandry had wanted me to have a CT scan done which would have cost me thousands of dollars. Im glad I didnt listen to him. So if you want a doctor who has no idea what hes doing and is incompetent, sure, go see Dr. Flandry. If you want someone who knows what theyre doing, star clear of this entire practice.

Went here to get vaccinations because I was traveling overseas. They didnt get the schedule right. Good thing I went online and checked the companys website so I knew when to go in to get the follow up shots. I then call back a couple months later. Since Im new to the area I want to try a couple doctors to see which one I like best. In order to do that, they have to put in an exchange request which usually takes "a couple days". Seems complicated and unnecessary. Ill go elsewhere.

My children have been patients of East Cooper for only a year, but the service has always been wonderful. Chrystal personally called me after hours to help me with an insurance and prescription issue. She personally called my insurance company and stayed on the phone until everything had been handled. I was beyond appreciative, impressed, and thankful for her help.

I have been going to East Cooper Family Pactice all of my life. I now work with Dr. Rowe Jr., but before worked with Rowe Sr. I also grew up with the family and cant say enough good things about them! Every doctor in there has been part of the local community for years, and they truley care about their patients. I will NEVER go anywhere else!
