IF YOU ARE TRAVELING OVERSEAS AND GETTING CERTIFIED GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! DR. Segal = good doctor OFFICE STAFF = incompetent and will lie to you Dr Segal is a good provider, he took his time, was thoughtful and asked lots of questions about me as a person and as a patient. His office staff however is another story. My wife and I went there to get certified for our new zealand trip. our intial visit was 8/20/15. our trip is less than 70 days away as of today and the incompetent office staff has lied to us and mislead us many times. We both had to have xrays done, and our representative from new zealand called us two weeks ago and told us that the xrays were not loaded yet, through many phone calls and assurances that the information was uploaded by the office staff, turned out to be untrue. Another call a few days ago (9/20) and we were told that our information still had not been loaded called the office staff and all of a sudden they were unable to log into the emedical website FOR THE LAST WEEK! hopefully our information clears and we are able to go on our trip. If you have a trip overseas- get registered somewhere else and DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE

I went in 12.2014 because I had a migrain for three weeks at that point. I was weighed, measured etc... And waited for the doctor. Full disclosure, Im over weight, Im working on it, but I am also in treatment for an eating disorder. He asked if I wanted to discuss my weight, I said no, I wanted to discuss my migraine. He wouldnt stop. I kept telling him that I was working on it, but please, the three week migraine was a bigger problem. I had to practically beg him for a prescription for the headache. He was awful. Terrible. Unfeeling, rude, didnt listen and obviously knew nothing about treating people with mental as well as physical issues. I am never ever going there again and would advise anyone else to go elsewhere as well.
