Great place. Really. The only thing I dislike is the frequent long phone wait times. The rest is cream. I can always get an appointment with one of the docs, usually same day, both for me and my daughter. This is amazing. I dont wait long when I arrive - ever. The care I receive from the clerks to the techs to the pas to the nurses and docs is consistently excellent. Primary Care docs Wilson and Wirt are simply the best. Never rush me or my daughter. Always thorough. This place has been a blessing. Im really unhappy that the insurance giants UPMC and Highmark wont play nice, so now we are going to have to go elsewhere. It feels like a forced divorce. Painful because the folks at Renaissance have become like an extended part of my family over the years.

The place sucks I have been going there since I was a kid and now because I havent been there in over a year they now want to treat me as a new patient there office people are ignorant and dont want to help patients the only good doc they have is Vincent balastrino the rest of the doctors dont listen to you or nothing and suck all they want to do is take your money weather it be insurance or self pay

***BE AWARE!!!! This place is a joke!!!*** Im not getting into my medical specifics, but all I can say is you are better off going to a pizza joint for help before coming here. They are useless and I honestly believe some of the doctors received their certifications from a Cracker Jack box.

I love Dr Burns. She is very well educated doctor and no matter the length of time between visits she still remembers me an my family, she remembers all my medical history. I feel so comfortable with Dr Burns. Wouldnt go to anyone else..

The staff is really nice and the self-check in is a great time saver. Dr. Kevish is a terrific doc. I just wish UPMC and Highmark would get over themselves and worry about the patients.
