I changed my PCP to Dr. Morton through UPMC Health Plan several weeks ago. Two weeks after calling UPMC about the change, I made an appointment. They told me they would not let me see the Doctor because I havent changed my insurance ye, eventhough I told them I already havet.They made an appointment for July 1st., when they said the insurance switched over. Several weeks later, on july 1st, I called confirming my appointment. They, once again, told me I did not have my insurance changed over and cancelled my appointment without letting me know. By this time, Ive had my insurance card under their practice for several weeks. I strongly advise not going to this practice!!

I had been seeing Dr. Morton for years (when she was at West Penn) before I left Pittsburgh. She had the most fantastic bedside manner and gave me great referrals when I needed them. I really wish there were Dr. Mortons in every city!
