I originally went to see Dr. David at the office in Bellevue to get started on Suboxone. Everything seemed to go just fine for a few years. I chose Mondays for my day to visit each month, so I then had to go to the downtown office off of Forbes near Duquesne University. I never saw Dr. David again and was assigned to a Dr. Mariano Petilla. They accepted cash or insurance, but if you dont have welfare insurance then its pointless to use it because then you have to go twice a month. If you just pay them the 185 cash they want, then you only need to go once a month and give a urine test, weed is allowed in it, then see the Dr. And get your script and leave. In and out in 15 mins. This is just like a pill mill for subs. But I will say that the receptionists and nurses are ALL completely the rudest most unprofessional I have ever dealt with. Except for Amber! She was always very nice. I was a patient here for about 5 years. I never gave a bad urine test and then all of a sudden one day I was in a hurry and wondering what was taking so long after I gave my test and was waiting to go get my script from my dr. I asked Amber and she said she didnt know but would go find out. Then a black nurse who t3sts the urine came out and told mine wasnt at the proper temperature and that Id have to give another one and be supervised. This was a first in 5 years. I said she was lying and I know it was at 94 degrees because I always looked at the cup and temperature strip before giving it to them. Im not sure still today, almost 2 years later as to what happened because I know they lied to me. I insisted that she show me my sample then and let me see the temperature strip on the cup because I knew for a fact it was at proper temperature. I said Id gladly give another one if she proves me wrong. I was told that I couldnt see it. Then I asked to see my Dr and was denied as well . So the guy who said the Drs and nurses have no idea what each other are doing hit the nail on the head. They also would always be eating lunch right in front of where they test the urine, on the same table area and the receptionists would be eating instead of answering the phone or doing their jobs. You also cant even leave a voicemail if you call after hours. Never have heard of any medical practice where you get a message on the machine but cant leave on yourself. The ladies who answer the phones other than Amber, act disgusted every time the phone rings and I always thought about wtf would you have that job if you hate answering the phone? Lol. So then the visit in question was my LAST one. I was charged 185 for services NOT rendered and never charged my card back first of all. And then was denied to see the urine sample cup and denied to talk to the dr. Im certain he had no clue what was going on. I say this because I applied for the free medicine program through the manufacturer of Suboxone and filled out all of the paperwork and met all of the requirements when I lost my insurance. And only needed the Drs signature on it. It was a program where each Dr can only have 2 patients on it. It seemed the receptionist thought she was in charge and refused to let me give the papers to my Dr and told me to leave then with her and shed give it to him and then on my next visit itd be taken care of. It seemed like she was unaware of this program and possibly didnt want me to become one of his 2 patients able to get free suboxone for 1 year. So the next time u went I took another format with me all filled out and didnt mention it when I signed in and paid and just handed it to my Dr. Whenever I went back to get my script from him. He looked at it and signed off on it immediately. The receptionist heard what I was doing and got furious with me and I asked her who the "F" did she think she was? And that she lied to me last time. It worked though. In the end I left and didnt come back due to the scheme they tried 2pull on me with my urine.i said prove me wrong and wouldnt/couldnt so not sure the motive

Horrible office I was in intake for 9 1/2 hours and ended up on something I dont even know what it is! He was very unprofessional talked like a 10 year old when it came to medical terminology not only that I couldnt pay for the medicine I was given asked for generic and he basically said get over it I can afford whatever he gives me! He is a rude doctor and acts like hes a chicken with his head cut off around the office and the nurses although some were nice they were unprofessional too, they ate in front of the patients and looked like they hated their job at the end of it all! I thought if you applied for the job it was something you wanted to do not something to complain about! I will not go back because it was an all around horrible experience, I truly hope if anyone thinks about going here think twice because its a waste of your time he doesnt really give two shots about you and what you think is best for yourself! #Unprofessional#rude#

The worst doctors office I have ever been to. They will tell u what u want to hear in orientation and do absolutely lie to you they are unorganized the nurses have no idea what the doctors are doing and the doctors have no idea what the nurses are doing also the nurses are very rude and unprofessional this is just another suboxone Farm making the most money they can they are not in it to help people they are in it to make money

Orientation they ask why do think we are here, I said money, the obnoxious guy barked at me it had nothing yo do with money. Well then just give me the stuff instead of charging insane amount of money for a U-turn test. Oh their so humane and incase you didnt know? They charge you ridiculous sins off money too be nice. We might have got caught up in a dick society problem but we are not morons.enjoy your yacht.

These replies arent consistent with my experience, this doctor is great, understanding , and only there to help! Never had a problem and Im so happy I found them. Ill be at this clinic for life!
