quanto ao atendimento do doutor franzon excelente mais se tratando das funcionarias ( secretarias) de atendimento muito horrivel me senti no brasil elas nao tem compromisso xom cliente marcaram para entrega de um exame de imigracao as 4 horas e assim nao estavava pronto voltei ao outro dia perdendo dia de trabalho assim liguei no dia seguinte disseram que eatava pronto as 4 horas e asaim mesmo so me entregaram os exames as 5 sem comentarios pessimo atendimento burocratico

Be aware .It is not a doctor office but a zoo .The staff has no compassion and everyone there is exclusively motivated by money...money...You are very lucky if you get the proper diagnostic .My experience was the worst ever.I was given a wrong diagnostic and would have had a fake surgery if I did not go for a second opinion.I simply wonder how can a doctor and a medical group such as this one survive and continue to take advantage of their victims with no concern or worries.Never saw a medical center as bad even in the most underdeveloped places.Shame on the medical system in The United States that allows such a thing.Anywhere else this office would have been shut down .Bravo Doctor Franzon and some of the rudest staff .Continue making money on human beings illnesses.Karma will hit one day.

Ive been going to Dr. Franzons practice for going on 20 years now. I choose to go to him instead of my primary physician covered by my insurance due to the fact that his practice is better at diagnosing and treating the ailments Ive had than any other doctor. For the past year Dr. Carla Revilla who works at the same practice has been treating me, and I cannot stress enough what a great experience it is being treated by her. Them both speaking English, Portuguese, and Spanish is an added benefit to going there if English is not your first language. There are a couple drawbacks though. They dont take appointments so the wait can be very long at times. Also, they dont accept insurance which is a bummer but worth paying out of pocket IMO.

Horrible service!!! The girls from the staff were just talking to each other and didnt care at all. My husband was told to pick up his blood work results on Tuesday at 4pm. He went there and he was told that the results were not ready. No one called him to let him know of that. He came back Wednesday at 4pm like the staff told him. Well, he waited 2 hours!!!! He even called to make sure that the results were ready before he went to the office. When he asked one of the members of the staff why it was taking so long if he was told the results were ready, the staff answered: "Well, you didnt talk to me so I dont know, youll just have to wait". Again, horrible service. The doctor was great but the staff provided a horrible service.

100% money motivated. Rude staff. Long wait. Nurse didnt even follow basic aseptic technique.....I would love to know how many communicable diseases have already been passed between unsuspecting patients. No one even washed their hands! This is the most basic concept in nursing/medicine. On top of it all the doctor filled out the paper work for immigration incorrect...we were almost denied because his arrogance and incompetence. Now we have to go to another doctor and pay for a full physical again. Anybody giving a good review just doesnt know any better and were fooled by the doctors smiling face.

This man should not be practicing all he wants is money, his office is not up to date, he only gives Refill prescription per month even though the patient is taking the medicine for life, i strongly believe he is money driven, he does not spend time talking to the patient and LISTENING to the patient which is imperative to understand ones condition, also he does not read the patients own chart i have seen him ask questions to the patient that is in the patients chart and archive.

DR. Franzon is a great Primary care Physician. Him and his team of fantastic nurses and medical assistance are very helpful. You can even see him the same day without an appointment as a walk in if within the appopriate time frame. He is one of the TOP family physicians in the Fort Lauderdale area, Highly recommended for anyone who needs immediate care from a passionate Dr that truly cares about his patients.

I cant say enough nice things about Dr. Franzon - hes the best! Ive been going to him for at least 20 years and hes always caring and concerned with spot on diagnosis. The man knows what hes doing. The staff is friendly, helpful and Dr. Carla is always just wonderful too. Love her as well. Love the office of Dr. Franzon!

Well established and smart doc, almost always gets the diagnosis spot on. Follow-ups are free, and he usually calls to check on you a couple days later. Sometimes it does feel like he rushes patients, but hes always got a full house so its a bit understandable.
