I have been seeing John for 2+ years now with 3 separate injuries and each time he has helped me get better and back to being 100%. When I sit down with John he details a plan for me and a way to get better. We execute this plan and he is constantly checking on me, the patient, and how I am responding to the treatment and tailors it to my every need. He has helped me get back to my job feeling better and more confident than before my injuries. My wife started going to John and he is now helping my family get better. Thanks John!

I have been to a few physical therapy places over the years. While all have helped, I have found the folks at 1st Choice to be the friendliest of all the places. I was always made to feel welcome and special and it seemed that Jonathan and the rest of the staff always remembered all the details about me. I know they have files to look at, but I never felt that they had to check the file first. I would definitely go there again.

I highly recommend 1st Choice Physical Therapy for any physical therapy requirements. Jonathan Hartstein is extremely attentive and has done an excellent job of tailoring my exercises to my goals and fitness level. I recently had ACL surgery and I want to return to competitive recreational soccer and I have no doubt that Jonathan will get me there.

Jonathan and Jessica are terrific therapists whose first priority is to see that their patients recover as quickly and fully as possible. These are 2 great people who really care about their patients and I would recommend them to anyone in need of physical therapy !
