I went to Dr Ackerman who is completely incompetent . I called her office on five mile in tremendous pain, crying my eyes out because I had severe pain lasting a week .I called her and was told that she would not prescribe any pain medication but would call in steroids. Mind u I went the hospital the night before and was told to get medicine from my doctor. I hung up the phone to find 2 police officers at my door and was taken to a psych ward because she told them that I was going to kill myself which I never said. I was on the psych floor for 4 hours when the psch doc said that there was nothing wrong with me but obviously in a lot of pain and released me. Not only did she do this but broke the hippa guidelines by divulging my personal medical information to the police. She is a quack and need her own psychiatrist. They will most definitely b hearing from my attorney tomorrow.

Group Health has everything you need from family practice to many specialties, x-ray, ultrasound and a lab. The front desk staff is stellar with their customer service. The building is currently under construction to add a surgery center, which will only help TriHealth continue to be the best hospital system in Cincinnati! Ive been a patient here for going on 30 years. If you dont already see a physician here, you should! 5+ stars
