Horrible!! This place is the bottom of the barrel,Let me tell you about our last and final experience in this hell hole. The office manager is rude, loud and extremely obnoxious. She called us to tell me that we were late, our appt was 3:20 it was 3:18. The front desk is rude and everyone seems extremely miserable. Weve been there for 1 year, and I seen at least 6 different triage nurses( I think the office manager is a nurse too, shes also the Drs wife)! They were running behind, so the manager started asking me questions in the office where everyone can hear. Then I saw her husband Dr Goldberg who started questioning my 11 year old about boys, and who she kissed, which made her super uncomfortable!! During the examination he opened the door, at least 5 times screaming at the nurses, and asking his wife to correct it (my daughter was on the table, with only a half of sheet covering her half naked body)! While in the room he talked about tennis (who cares) how incompetent his staff was and his 9 grandchildren (again, who cares)! My entire visit was painful, I would never go back, the only reason why I stayed was because of Dr Karsh, and shes no longer there. To top it off, they told me I had to pay for a visit, that they forgot to collect on previous occasion. This place needs to be shut down. Treat your patients like they matter, be kinder to your staff and maybe you wouldnt have such a disorganized, dysfunctional clinic. Dr Goldberg is the worst, I find him to be completely inappropriate with children, hes cheesy, sleazy, unprofessional, he should be reported, better yet, he needs to retire. Stay away folks!! Dont bring you children there, the best doctor is gone, the nurses never stay( the black nurse was very polite but seemed unhappy, the older blonde lady seemed rushed and nervous, and the Asian nurse who had the sister was unhappy, but very nice), all have left and there were others who never stayed, too many to count. The front desk receptionist is rude and unfriendly to kids, the other lady who sits in the back is very rude on the phone, but puts on a great front, PLEASE EAT A MINT! ( she was in my younger childs face, and her breath OMG)! Ive only seen the new nurse once, got nothing, Ive pulled all 3 of my kids records from this practice, once I found out Dr Karsh resigned, it was the worst experience. We will miss you, Dr Karsh, wish I had Kaiser so i can see you there. Good luck and best wishes to you, am glad youre not working in this joke of an office clinic anymore :) Nice neighborhood, but not so nice service.

First, I want to say I love all of the doctors at this office. We saw Dr. Karsh the most but also saw Goldberg and Desai. I was so excited after the first trip to this office when my son was one week old because Id read the office staff wasnt great, but I had the complete opposite experience. Back in November 16, the first point of contact was with an extremely nice, calm, pleasant person- I wish I knew her name. The nurse wasnt very friendly, but she seems like a very to-the-point person; I can be like that too. Then dr karsh totally sold me on that office. However, a couple/few months later they changed the window receptionist. She does not have a good attitude, and unfortunately she seems to have changed the entire energy of the front office. Every time I sat in the waiting room, I heard the office staff complaining about parents-being late or canceling or not understanding something. I found this incredibly unprofessional. Sure...when dealing with the public, it gets frustrating and everyone vents-just dont do it in front of clients! Shes also full of attitude on the phone, and when checking out, I always felt like the last priority. Shed finish all kinds of stuff up before even acknowledging I was standing there with a baby. I understand if something needs to be done-just communicate. Ive moved away now, but if I was going to stay, Id talk to the doctors about that girl because I really liked them and wouldve liked for my son to continue seeing them.

Today I decided to pull my children out of this Pediatric facility. The Pediatric Health Center of Dunwoodys customer service is lacking in my opinion. On my daughters first appointment that was scheduled at the beginning of the day, we were instructed to arrive 10-15 minutes early, and we did - but then we had the pleasure of waiting for the doors to be opened AFTER out appointment time that morning. On another occasion, I had to make a sick appointment for my daughter and they were able to see her the same day, which was a relief. We arrived on time for our appointment, only to have to wait 40 minutes in the waiting room. Sick children should take precedence over a well visit, as the need is more urgent - my daughter was admitted because she was suffering from wheezing that day. The final straw is the flippant behavior of the front desk clerk - BE NICER and be sincere or find another profession. Parents have options of pediatric facilities, and today I am exercising that option.

This clinic charges a lot of extra fees and makes parents do a lot extra visits. Dr. Karsh gave my son a 30-month visit appointment a week before his birth date. But when I brought my son there, Dr. Goldberg only want to check my sons weight but not the 30-month check. Last time, Dr. Karsh already clearly told us my sons weight was normal and the next appointment will be for the 30-month check. Dr. Goldberg required us to come back after 2 weeks for that 30-month check. So we had to pay double co-payments for the two very close visits. Why do they have to separate a weight check with the 30-month check and make us visit two times in a month for a very healthy child? The similar things happened a lot. After I finally decide to transfer to another PD, Dr. Goldberg asked for $15 record release fee. Can you believe it? This is my first time charged with the record release fee by a doctor.

We chose Pediatric Health Center of Dunwoody after speaking with the very helpful and friendly receptionist who was able to set us up to meet with Dr. Karsh before our daughter was born so that we could ask some questions and see if it was a good fit. We have been very happy with the high quality of care we receive from both Dr. Goldberg and Dr. Karsh, and we will continue to take our daughter there for years to come! Dr. Goldberg is very friendly, has always taken the time to answer all of questions and is very thorough, always going over developmental milestones at our well checks. The nurses have also been friendly and professional. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes past my appointment time. I also appreciate that there are 2 waiting rooms, one for well checks and one for sick patients. The office itself is very colorful, too.

I love Dr. Karsh, she has seen my daughter since she was two weeks old. I lived in Dunwoody and then moved to kennesaw. I drive to Dunwoody just so Dr. Karsh can see my daughter. I love how caring, sweet and very attentive Dr. Karsh is with me and my daughter. She knows me by name, knows my daughters history and seems genuinely happy to see us. However, I dont give them 5 stars, just because of the front desk people and the nurse. They have change front desk people and nurses multiple times and the people they have now are not as friendly as the ladies they had before. But, they still get the job done and arent rude to me or my daughter at all.
