First of all, everything about this place is confusing. When you go to the website there are two different address locations - fair enough, there are two doctors, but when you make the ear piercing appointment, the confirmation says that its Dr. Una who the appointment is with but its only at Dr. Hendersons location that they do the piercing at (the doctor said so herself). Now lets back up for a minute. When you go to the website, it tells you you can either call or book the appointment online. The online appointment scheduler wasnt working so I called, but the message on the phone when you call in is such a damn nuisance to listen to and then it tells you to make an appointment to go online! Anyway since I couldnt make he appointment online I called back and had to wait on hold for 15 minutes before I could talk to anyone, but during that time the online scheduler started working so I made the appointment online and then when I was able to talk to someone, I explained I had just booked online and wanted to confirm the appointment. I was told the appointment would be confirmed by their staff and I would be sent an email, but really if I had booked the time online then the appointment was good. Now, fast forward to the day of my appointment. I showed up with my baby for a 1:00 pm appointment that did get confirmed (they sent me a confirmation email), but when I got there Dr. Henderson informed me that they were closed for lunch. I tried to show her the appointment confirmation email and asked why they would schedule an appointment for a time they know the office is closed for lunch? She had no better answer for me than that I should come back at 2:00 pm. I dont know if she just thought I didnt have anything better to do or didnt realize that making that kind of mistake is not great for customer service, or both. I dont know but all-in-all, the only thing I wanted from them was my daughters ears pierced and they managed to turn it into the most cumbersome and ridiculous ordeal ever. My advice - go somewhere else.

As a brand new first time mom, of course my babys wellbeing is my number one priority. I particularly wanted to look for a pediatrician that could explain things in a clear, concise, but friendly way that could put this mamas nerves at ease. Shonte is it! She is both professional and fun! Her knowledge and advice shows that she has the experience and genuine care for her patients (and their parents!) The staff was all super friendly and the facility is clean and welcoming. My husband and I walked away extremely happy with our experience and so pleased to know we found someone so close to home as well! I know my daughters health is a priority here! All in all, they truly deserve 5 stars! You wont be disappointed!

I was extremely nervous about getting my 6 month olds ears pierced. The front staff made me and my husband very comfortable when we arrived and checked in. Dr. Una made sure that my daughters ears were marked correctly and pierced her ears one by one but did it swiftly so that we could calm our crying baby. I just wish they had more earrings to choose from but I love my daughters tiny pearls. I would recommend this place to any parent who may be picky about where they take their child to get their first piercing. I waited 3 weeks to write a review to make sure my daughter didnt have any delayed side effects and so far, shes healing perfectly!

Dr. Henderson is one of the best pediatricians i have ever taken my children to. I drive 45 mins just to make sure that they get to be seen by her. She has been seeing my daughter for 8 years who has ADHD she is always ready to walk us through any challenges and there is never a situation that comes up with my other 3 kids that she doesnt take head on. She is very compassionate and genuinely cares about every childs well being. The staff at this location is awesome .... very attentive and knowledgeable. I love taking my children here and they love Dr. Henderson!!! She is truly the best and we trust her every step of the way.

Our 4-yr old has seen Dr. Henderson since birth. She has perfect "bedside manner". The Norcross office is where we usually go. Its clean, the staff is friendly & accommodating. We have no trouble with appts or long waits. That is the best! We really trust her sound medical advice, guidance & her method of care. She is personable & really takes her time to figure things out, talk through concerns and educate parents on best practices for at-home care in between visits. I am so pleased to find a provider we like, can trust and stick with for the long run.

Small facility. Doesnt give much details about your childrens percentage tile(weight/height). Any documents request is a fee. Transfer medical records to another facility is 25$. I have never have to pay this fee for any previous facility. Becareful before you chose this facility. We are now at Dr cooper pediatric now.

Horrible place! They make you wait well past your appointment time for NO reason, even if you arrive early. The women behind the desk just gossip and chit chat, they dont even pretend like their doing their job. Save yourself the time and energy and book an appointment anywhere else.
