Wonderful treatment, wonderful care from the first moment I walked in. I had already gone to Hometown Urgent Care in Milford the week before because of a poison sumac rash that had gotten out of control. When I got there, Deb greeted me with a warm smile and kind heart. I was led to a room and vitals taken by a lovely woman whos name I cant seem to recall (sorry). A few minutes later, Suzanne Flottemesch, CNP, came in, examined the rash, gave me a prescription with thorough instructions as to how to care for the rash. I was in and out of the Anderson facility within a half hour. I was so completely impressed with my care that I wanted to share it with you. I hope you will take the time to share my message with the staff at the Anderson location. They are a great group of people. I cant thank them enough and I am feeling a whole lot better thanks to them.

Sent my daughter to this facility for illness, she walked in and the receptionist was very helpful until she found out that my daughter did not have health insurance then she got a little snippy and ask if my daughter realized that she would have to pay $75.00 up front fees and an additional $200. My daughter wasnt feeling well to begin with and then to have someone treat her poorly just because she cant afford insurance. Thats what OBAMA CARE has done to society that are just trying to make ends meet. She fully expected to pay $75.00 out of pocket to see this doctor. An additional $200 is extreme. Would not recommend this Tri Health facility. I guess if you dont have insurance thats why are emergency rooms are full of patients that just need to see a doctor for the flu or a virus.

My husband just went there to get a chest x-ray. I have pneumonia and now he has the same symptoms. The woman at the desk was less than helpful. Had no idea what a PPO insurance plan means and told him there is a 2 hr wait. Funny thing is, he was the only one there. The doctor stuck his head out and asked if he was waiting to be seen? The woman said yes but he hasnt been checked in yet. Wth. He left. What a waste of possible care and time.

A nurse at my physicians office suggested I go here ( after they cancelled my Saturday appointment). I asked how late they were open and I thought she said 24 hours. The google site is not updated when they are closed even though other locations use the "closed" notation. I drive there only to find they close at 7:30 pm. It was a wasted trip and now I cannot get any care until next Thursday because I work.

Had a great experience at this facility. The care and expertise of the staff and the doctor was outstanding. A friend referred me to the clinic noting the wait time is short and the staff is terrific..Highly recommend this facility and we are lucky in the Anderson area to have such a great place.

Anytime I need to see a doctor I come here!!! They are ALWAYS friendly and fast!!! I recently had to come in and unfortunately had my two small children with me and they all helped out keeping the kids occupied!!!! Amazing staff!!!!

My husband and I have been here a few times - both for broncitius and minor table saw accident. The entire staff was EXCELLENT. I do refer them to others. You are in and out in a very reasonable time too!
