My son could not see out of the glasses I got from them for my son. I took them to another doctor and he said they made the right eye for the left eye which he said could have caused my son to develop a lazy eye . I took them back but the office staff was very rude and did not want to check them at all and said they were made right. They finally checked them out and said they were made right. I said they do not know their right from their left. I said I wanted my money back. They said no. I said I will tell everyone not to go to Vision World. They said so what. NEVER GO TO VISION WORLD.

I was scammed! After purchasing the eyeglasses at Vision World, I felt like I had been ripped off. I was quoted an amount ( which turns out to be double what other places charge) and I paid it. After I left I got a call saying I would have to pay even more. When I asked about changing or canceling the order they refused. They said I had no choice but to pay the extra amount or I would not get the glasses I already paid more than $500 for. What a scam!! I have definitely been ripped off.

Excellent customer service. All the ladies were super nice and even helped pick out my frames when I couldnt decide. Went out of their way to find a shape that complimented my face and matched the ones I liked. The doctor was nice and efficient. Would absolutely recommend.

Doctor was very nice! Poor frame selection! Severely understaffed! Only had one person writing prescriptions on a Saturday afternoon, who skipped us in line after we waited for 30 min because a nice old lady just came in!
