I waited a month and a half for my appointment, after reading positive Yelp reviews about Frason. I arrived approximately 15 minutes early. At the desk, I was treated offhandedly by the one receptionist with missing lower teeth. When I questioned the lengthy privacy paper, both receptionists seemed put out and bothered. I understand the need for certain information but in reading the privacy disclaimer (yes I read it) it mentions law enforcement possibly being privy to your medical information, I was like whoa! I am an RN and versed in HIPPA as well. I simply needed an eye exam and most likely new glasses, not a passport! I am a self-pay/CASH client. After about 3 minutes of considering their rudeness, and that I had decided I would not return after this appointment, I decided not to tolerate AND pay for such treatment. I asked for my paperwork, stated I was leaving due to their rudeness; actually thanked them - out of habit, and left. I never got to see (pun?) nor meet Frason in person. How unfortunate.

Been going here for a few years now.. Nice person, great service, decent pricing.. Will continue to go there Just remember to book your appt early, because they get booked months in advance
