Let me start with saying that on October 21st it will have been 18 years ago that I was involved in a car accident that has changed my life forever. I have been through multiple surgeries (10 to be exact) on my right ankle to fix one thing after another. I have been dealing with not being able to do a lot of things in life that I was able to before the accident. I have been through therapy may times since the accident but never got great results so I choose to stop doing it. Recently I went to a shoe clinic at Performance Physical Therapy and while there I was told about a new therapy technique called Graston Therapy which they had recently had training in. It has been several years since Ive had therapy and with the most recent surgery in December of last year it seemed like I was not getting the strength or movement back in the ankle like I had prior to surgery. So I decided to give it a try to see what kind of results I might get. I called and made an appointment for my evaluation, after completing that I was really surprised at how little movement I had and how bad my balance was. I started therapy a few days after that and have went for a total of 9 visits. On October 20th 2015 I was released from therapy, I was able to meet all of the goals they had set for me. I am happy to say that this is the BEST that I have felt since my accident 18 years ago. I am able to do things now that I thought would never be possible again. So I would like to give a HUGE THANK YOU to Jacqui, Kim, Brianna, Jessica & Barb. I would not be where I am without your help. You truly care about your patients and want them to excel as much as they want to, and I appreciate that. Ladies I left there with happy tears after being released because you have truly improved my life. My family and I are so thankful for that. I am doing things for the first time in 18 years and I owe all of that to you and your team. Keep up the great work!

I have gone to performance therapy for the second time in six months for a knee injury. I would not go anywhere else. The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They are there to get you back on your feet as safe and as fast as possible. I would recommend to anyone that is struggling with an injury, pain, or post surgical therapy to call and get an appointment. Thanks ladies for all your hard work and for making my workout fun!!!!
