Took my sister, c/o back pain, all indications of a kidney stone. After over hour wait PA comes in and orders some pain medicine, ok so far, twenty min go by no meds, whole time I can hear nurses talking at station in a genaric conversation about what there plans are for the weekend and how much they like working nights. Finally I hit the call light and our nurse who was one of the ones involved in the conversation comes in and immediately begins making excuses as to how busy she is and that she has 4 rooms to take care of. She leaves and the PA returns to check on us before meds arrive, when the nurse finally brings them back she begins again w/o provocation to testily make excuses. As a medical professional I can not begin to describe how totally unprofessional and unacceptable this behavior was. My advice to anyone who needs medical attention and can wait for the drive to, say northpark hospital, to do that instead.

This place is horrid. Ive had bad experience after bad experience. They gave me a shot and medication for inflammation for my cyst and 2 days later my dr in cleveland had to do surgery and was irate that they gave me meds for inflammation. My grandmother had a blood clot and they misdiagnosed her and sent her home after making her wait forever, as soon as she got home her heart stopped and had to be rushed back by ambulance while my aunt kept her heart beating. So many bad experiences I could put on here but I think Ill leave it at I do NOT recommend going here. Go anywhere else. Oh and if they misdiagnose u and treat u for something that u dont have then u still get stuck paying that hospital bill. They even stuck me with a 50$ bill from when I was 12 years old which should have went on my parents credit, not mine. Ridiculous.

It seems that each time my brother comes here , its a total waste of time , he was in pain he has Congestive heart failure he was been accused of doctor shopping , it pissed me off royally ... I dont live in Dayton I am out of state , so I cant take care of him like I would like too. .. His last visit they have him a shot he was allergic too , the nurse showed none if any compassion ,as a former nurse this makes me so upset , out healthcare is in trouble with nurses like this working for a pay Check , I am not speaking for all of them but if the shoe fits ..you know ... Wear it ....

Souldnt even give u a 1 star this place is horried .. took my 9 month old baby that has a problem with his intestines. And this old black doctor idk his name I forgot bcz I was so mad . Gonna tell me nothing wrong with my kid bcz his belly not swollen never checked him for nothing pretty much told me I was stupid I grabbed my baby and walked out.. how do u just let a baby hurt .. ,

The only reason Im giving this place 1 star is because theres not a "zero star" rating. They like to take their time standing around talking when people are laying in an ER room in severe pain. The doctors, nurses, and phlebotomists mustve gotten their degrees from a cereal box! Granted, there are some people who do their job, but very seldom.

My wife comes in with severe back pain at her kidney. 2 hours and 45 minutes later the Dr finally comes in with a prescription for a lidocaine patch... the pharmacies close at 8 & it is now 8:45. So relief may start coming tomorrow... waste of time.

Total waste of my time I should have gone to chattanooga theres no one in here and Ive been here with my newborn son for over an hour this just goes on top of other past experience Ive had at this joke they call a hospital

My father-in-law was in the er there and we was very impressed with the staff and doctors. Dr. James Sego was very nice and explained things the way they could be understood. The nursing staff was great
