If i can put a -5 i would. This hospital is not even worth 1 star. Had a really really bad experience here when my sister got a fractured tailbone. ER was horrible! The triage nurses and the guard there that night were really bad. We came there with a big group of friends and family including 3 RNs 1 ER Nurse and 2 veteran nurses from our group. She was lying flat the whole time during transportation.As soon as we came, we asked for a stretcher because my sister could not even bend her body after the skii accident. A couple of the guys from our group were able to help her get out of the car in a straight position w/o bending her body. She was able to stand but not for too long. A guard and a nurse approached us. We asked for a stretcher and they stated "theres no stretcher just make her sit on the wheelchair" My mom being a Registered Nurse for 30 years and our two other RN friends told them no she is not sitting there and bending her body. Yall dont even know whats going on with her back and she cant even bend even just a little. The guard almost grabbed her shoulders and force her to sit on the wheelchair but luckily my uncle was able to grab my sister before the guard. He had to carry her inside the ER while she was in a standing position (w/o bending her body) because she couldnt even make a few steps. It was a very very bad experience just like a nightmare! Imagine if no one from our group had a medical background? They would have done more damage to her back!! Up to this day, everything that happened that night really send chills down to my bone!

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. My friend was rushed to the hospital by ambulance because he couldnt move his legs and was in severe pain. After laying in the hospital bed for about 1 1/2 hrs they finally gave him something for the pain. Then his blood pressure was only 59/36 for a long time and the nurse never came and checked on him. He had an catscan but it didnt really show anything conclusive. They released him and he was still in severe pain and couldnt walk. He crawled into the back of my car and two people had to help him get in. This was ridiculous. Dearborn County emergency room is a joke. There is no way he should have been released. He is throwing up whenever he drinks anything, cant walk without help, his blood pressure was dangerously low for almost 8 hrs that he was there, and he is still in excruciating pain. He cant even go to the bathroom by himself. In closing if you have the option to go anywhere else go there!!!

I am very disappointed in my experience with this hospital. Went in due to pain and swelling in my back and upper left abdominal quadrant. They ran an urinalysis and cbc. Said the results were fine to take Tylenol. I dont want pain meds I want a reason for the pain and now severe swelling. They were kind enough to notify me my BP was high. Gee I wonder if that is because the pain level. Sadly the Dr. Didnt even feel it nessasary to examine me, the RN only. They didnt even bother asking my meds (3 anti nausea meds) or take my temperature.

Absolutely one of the worst places to get treated. I was in the emergency room yesterday on a Sunday a day they have no ultrasound staff which is a test I needed to get diagnosed so I was told to come back on Monday. Well Im back got forced to register as a walk in and not a ER patient now there forcing me to pay 25% or not get seen. This shows there absolute true colors of money being more inportant than a persons health. NEVER EVER BRING ANYONE YOU CARE ABOUT HERE EVER MARK MY WORDS.

Normally I would say run as fast as you can in the other direction, but the ER doctor and nurses we dealt with were so great. My 2 year old had a high fever and was visibly not well. They got her back within minutes of us walking in the door. They ran all of the necessary tests and found that she had pneumonia. Everyone was so nice and the was clean. Definitely improved a lot from previous visits!

Such an awful experience. I was in the ER for 6 hours for something that I couldve seen my regular doctor on appointment for for 30 minutes. The nurses were friendly, but spent most of their time talking to each other about things rather than doing work related things. Worst service Ive ever experienced. Dont go to this hospital.

Unbelievable billing practices! When you see a specialist for a prenegotiated fee thru insurance the hospital wants to Bill you for a waiting fee. JUST BECAUSE THE SPECIALIST WORKS INSIDE THE HOSPITAL DOESNT ME YOU CAN DO THIS. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! I WILL BE CALLING MY ATTORNEY AND THE ATTORNEY GENERAL! BUYER BEWARE!

Very bad experience with hospitalist. My dad with diabetes and no terminal illness was told since he is 81 that its either hospice or home with my 80 year old mother. They would not order him nutrtional shakes or feed him. They told me not to bring him back to emergency, they would not treat him. I will contact jcaho.

Dr. Loudermilk and his staff at the New Stateline Primary Care are absolutely amazing. He has been so knowledgeable, caring, and helpful. I find it odd that nurses working in the birthing center bring their small children to work and the child was running around behind the nurses station . I dont know how someone can concentrate on their patients while they are wondering what their toddler is doing elsewhere while other staff is babysitting.

By far the worst care that I have ever had from a doctor. The nurses were nice but I was not pleased with my overall experience. 2 surgeries when I should have had just one and then had to go to another hospital to have their surgical work corrected. I would NOT recommend going here.

During an extremely serious situation, we were met with nothing but personal care and concern about the well being of the entire family. The staff from dietary to surgeons were pleasant, cheerful and personable. There is not enough words to express our appreciation for all.

have been sitting by myself in the waiting room for 2+ hours by myself, nobody else here. If you require medical assistance or need medical help, go to UC health or anywhere else but here. EDIT: I have now been here for six hours over a skin irritation.

This is the dirtiest and slowest place I have ever been right now there is a few dental floss sticks on the floor, I wish I could take pics of this. Been here for over 2 hours and have not seen a soul. I could have drove to Indianapolis and back jeez
