Terrible experience!! Do not go here!! I went in with a piece of wood lodged in my hand. The "Doctor" who was supposedly the director of the place put several slices in my hand and then gave up saying that there is nothing lodged in my hand. I was given a band aid to cover the gaping wound that this butcher created. 3 days later I finally made it to the emergency room with an extremely infected wound on my hand. The Dr. at the ER made 2 cuts and was able to find and remove a rather large piece of wood from my hand. On top of everything else these idiots actually sent me a bill for $100!!!!!!! I was completely shocked by this that they would expect to get paid for, not only NOT solving my issue but actually making it much worse! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, THEY ARE BUTCHERS AND THE STAFF IS RUDE!!!!!

Registration girls were talking when we walked in. They didnt even acknowledge my daughter and I. When they finally decided to assist us, registration sat there attempting to diagnosis my daughter at the window and refused to sign her in as a patient. We were sent to a triage RN who never took her vitals asked a few vague questions, left the room, and when she returned said " we are going to send you two downtown". My daughter clearly did not have an emergency and when confronted, the nurse says " they only want what is best." They wouldnt acknowledge us upon arrival, refused to sign us in as a patient, and didnt even see us a urgent enough to see a physician, NP or PA, but thought we were emergent enough to send to ER, B.S. Lazy staff, poor explanations, and beyond unimpressive service.

My experience at Beckley Road Urgent Care was phenomenal. I was quickly checked in, and the nursing staff was very understanding and professional. The Doctor that was assigned to myself was timely, and took the time to get to know me personally. It is rare these days to have a physician spend the time to really listen to what the patient is going through. I am one who believes the art of medicine is %10 medication, and %90 listening to the patient, and for that I give this facility 5 stars.

I went here yesterday because my doctor had no openings for a few weeks. The Ladies at the front desk and nursing staff were amazing. They was very caring and very professional. Dr. Grogan was also excellent and very caring. He took the time to over look everything and showed much passion when working with his patience. For me to even take the time out to write a review, says a lot. As I have always had issues when it came to any Bronson care. :)

Did not even take the time to do what they could for my minor health issue last night. Instead they sent me to the Emergency Room (ER). After leaving the ER they said that it could have been handled by Beckley Road Urgent Care if they had at least done the basics first (simple urine sample)! Quite disappointed and Id give a ZERO star if I could because 1 star is still too high.

I took my fiance in to get some help and the lady at the front told us that he was not eligible to be seen, and that we had to pay 25.00 plus be billed to are health insurance. We are not from battle Creek. Passing threw. But if I did live here I would not recommend this place to anyone.i have never heard or been turned around from any health services due to not being eligable.

My kids and I just moved down to Battle Creek from Lansing and have not found a.doctor yet when my youngest became very Ill....we went in and was diagnosed with Strep and out of there within 30 minutes!! Everyone was very nice and helpful, the rooms were very clean....would highly recommend to anyone!!

The service was great at the initial visit; however, when I called back the information in my chart did not match what I was told at my visit. A completely different attitude. I will not be going back. I should not have to way days when I am sick.

I liked it here. They were very nice. I was in and out in no time. The Dr. took the time to listen to me even though I didnt have a voice and had to whisper everything. They were great.

We walked in at 7:45 pm and were turned away. They said, "We stop seeing patients at 7:45 pm". Broke my heart. My six month old needed to be seen. I felt like they could care less.
