First I will make a comment on the one I came across if this franchise be a national one then the one on Henderson just failed to make it worthwhile.The staff is rude, shady, snippy and unreliable. A mere concern goes more than a week without getting addressed. How do you make people attend orientation for over 5 hours and not pay them or provide lunch. Worst case you send a brand new employee to a client without orientation. You raise your voice not your words and act like they were wrong pay them wrongly.sishhhh by a couple of hours and its okay.People this is America there are 10.001 jobs out there.I will not recommend it to anybody

TONS of issues with payroll. I NEVER had this issue when I worked for Brightstar in a different state. Im still waiting to get a return call from the office manager! Whom I was told by other employees dont hold my breath because he more than likely wont. On a positive note Renee and Patty are AWESOME!!

They treat people unfairly because of where they come from and how they act it is unfair just because you talk different I know Tiffany and she is one of the sweetest people I know and very supportive to everyone. Therefore I would never use you guys as a home for my family.

Our problem with BrightStar Care has been taken care of, the manager of the company called me and my Mom. He assured both of us this will not happen again. We appreciate him getting in touch with us and letting us know this problem has been taken care of.
