I have worked for MSO since SEP 2013 & have enjoyed back-back assignments thru OCT 2014. Never any problems with my pay; always got great support with any issues; staff was always professional, & my recruiter was (is!) the best! Of course, you must make sure you understand your contract - thats a given. Ask questions! Never make assumptions - & benefits are always expensive - whether you pay for them or the company pays for them. I enjoy traveling, meeting new people, eating new foods, sight seeing. And most of all, I enjoy taking care of patients & Operating Room Nursing!

Absolutely horrible experience with working with an agent in this company. He would call, text, email me at least 15 times a day. One day he called my phone 11 times within one hour! I was at my grandfathers burial and he still did not care and was extremely rude! Horrible customer service and I would never recommend this company.

Be sure you read your very restricting contract before you accept any job. No life insurance, health insurance very expensive with huge deductible, need TB skin test before each new contract. The contract has numerous ways to penalize you. Just read the contract before you discuss or accept a job. It may suit you.

My recruiter is wonderful. Ive had great pay packages. Dont need benefits, so cant speak about those. Back to back assignments since 8/2013. Very happy. Sorry others experiences arent as good, but hey, I love MSO!
