Ive never had such a great experience with a dentist my entire life. The staff are warm and personable and their attitudes lend to a positive environment that you can feel when you walk in. Dr. Shah is incredibly polite and was very easy to talk to, never condescending and never made me feel bad about my less than perfect dental state. I had a tooth pulled and the procedure was painless. Any anxiety I had was gone pretty quickly as soon as they started, the hygienist who assisted in my operation was probably the most comforting person I have ever met! I didnt feel alone, scared, or like just another patient once during any appointment or procedure. I highly recommend this office for any dental work you may need. Quality environment, staff, and super efficient dental work (my whole operation was less than an hour!). Also, the office is very clean, smells really nice, and doesnt give off the overly sterile hospital vibe.

I was in search of a dentist for my 94 year old mother who had broken several of her front teeth. I chose Reynoldsburg Dental Associates based on the good reviews I read on their website and was not disappointed. Every person in the practice was very kind, helpful, and knowledgable. Morgan introduced us to the practice and helped complete our paperwork, Dr. Shah was very accommodating and answered all of our questions willingly. He suggested a reasonable and satisfactory plan of treatment for Mom. Kristy assisted Mom to be comfortable, positioning her for her exam. Carolyn gently and thoroughly cleaned Moms teeth. Lisa was very complete in providing us with information regarding our charges and options for payment. We were very pleased with the care overall. My friends are soon relocating to the Reynoldsburg area and I will surely recommend this practice to them as they seek a new dentist.

I am giving this dental office 5 stars. First, because they dont make you wait for hours in the waiting room or in a dental chair before you see the dentist. They give a time for your appointment and that is when they see you! Thank you, thank you. Second, because the receptionist, especially Lisa, are very friendly and very helpful, and really seem to care. Thank you. Third, because Doctor Shaw is incredible. He takes his time with you, explains everything that he is going to do BEFORE he does it, asks if you have any questions, talks with you when he is done. Tremendous chair side manners. Thank you. Prices are about normal for dental work around the city, but you definitely get more than you pay for. I highly recommend Reynoldsburg Dental Associates!

I am a new patient to Reynoldsburg Dental Associates and they created a very welcoming environment on my first visit. They sent documents in the mail before my first appointment for me to complete on my own time, so when I arrived for the appointment there was very little wait time. Dr. Shah took the time to explain everything thoroughly to me on my treatment plan and provided a good explanation for everything I needed to have done. The dental assistant staff is friendly and knowledgeable and did a good job explaining exactly what would happen for the duration of the appointments. The office is clean and I enjoyed the large TV at the end of the dental chair to distract me. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a new dentist.

My family has been coming to Reynoldsburg Dental Associates for almost 2 years. Every experience has been professional and pleasant with a welcoming warmth delivered by his ultra friendly staff.Before my first visit, I had avoided the dentist for 7 years. I had 4 visits worth of work done on my childhood fillings and I experienced nothing short of exemplary care. Since my initial visit, I havent missed a bi-annual appointment. Dr.Shah and his team are so wonderful I transferred my daughter from her child specialist dentist to Reynoldsburg Dental Associates. She always looks forward to coming, as do I. I recommend this office so often Ill soon be looking for a commission check in the mail. My dentist is better than yours.

I have always been uncomfortable at dentists but Dr.Shah really shocked me! I just had my wisdom tooth come in and they were able to fit me in last minute to evaluate the problem and prescribe me some medicine until my extraction on Thursday! They knew I only had an hour lunch and they got me in and out in 37 minutes! Was still able to get my lunch!! Lisa, was a total blessing. She was so sweet and calmed me down so much! I have NEVER felt more comfortable at a dentist. I was extremely nervous for my extraction next Thursday but I know I am in good hands. Will definitely be making them my permanent dentist. GO THERE.

My family is new here in the USA, we moved here from Italy. I had a very bad experience in the past, but RDA has been great to my family. We have gone to several different dental practices, and have never felt the same friendly and professional atmosphere that RDA has. This friendliness extends from the front desk to the office manager to the dentist himself. I am very pleased with my experience here, and would highly recommend this practice to family and friends. This is not just words, but this is a true feeling that you have to experience by coming to this amazing office.

I was extremely pleased with my first visit to Reynoldsburg Dental Associates! Dr. Shah and his team are very friendly! The office is very clean and welcoming....I love the comfy dental chairs and huge TVs in the rooms....I was so comfortable that I almost forgot I was at the dentist....REALLY!!! I was welcomed with a smile and appreciated how I was treated by everyone! I love this place! I dont know anybody who likes going to the dentist, but the staff here does everything possible to make sure you have a very positive experience. They are extremely friendly and helpful, the office has a "coming home" feel to it and is extremely clean! Each chair in the back gets it own to tv so you can distract yourself if you wish. The doctors are wonderful too! Each time I am in, Dr. Shah takes his time with me and explains everything thoroughly. And he is so friendly and caring! If you are looking for a dentist, this is the place to go!

I am a new patient and was impressed the moment I walked through the door. The waiting room was beautiful and the staff were very kind and immediately offered me a drink. I have never had a more thorough teeth cleaning in my life. I had to go back and get a crown and I was a little uneasy about it. Dr. Shah was wonderful. I couldnt believe how quickly he prepped my tooth for the crown. He was so kind. His assistant finished up and he did a great job. I cant get over how nice everyone was. I only wish I had found this practice sooner.

Dr. Shah is such an amazing doctor, with an even more outstanding bedside manner. The staff here are all super friendly and very welcoming. They helped me thru a very extreme oral surgery, and helped to make my recovery go as smoothly as possible. Everyone was great with addressing all of my concerns and easing all of my worries throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend this dentist to anyone currently searching for someone to help with their dental needs. Dr. Shah and his staff are all GREAT!! =)
